I was working out in the middle of the forest when my converter went out which left me with dead batteries and cold nights. I called Idaho Falls location And Sierra answered the phone. She was absolutely pleasant from the moment she said how can I help you. She helped me with my problem, found the part that I needed, double checked it’s fit with a technician and saved the part for me until I got there. Talk about going the extra mile and having a positive attitude.

Don't trust the sales men (yes, plural), finance manager, nor the final finance guy you sign with! All lied or mislead and flat out did not follow my request to not add ANY additions that would cost more money. I don't normally write bad reviews, but this has been eating at me for months and I can't let it go. First, I pre applied for financing and informed we were driving from Montana, 5 hours away, and mentioned we were looking at the advertised deal online. The sales man did not inform me of any issues of our financing and did not inform me the online advertisement was not available for the trailer we clearly informed him that we were planning to pick up. ALSO, he did not inform us that we could NOT pick up the trailer on Sunday, the day we said we were planning to pick it up. Then, he wasn't even there and another guy helped us out. He seemed honest and said he was a no BS guy, but was not, along with the rest of the finance team. We clearly stated we did NOT want any additions, just the trailer, but ended up paying over $1,400 in additions that they all snuck into the deal, of which we could've got at Walmart for only a couple hundred dollars or less! We told them what we wanted to spend monthly and they haggled with us for a higher price as though there was no option for a lower price so my wife and I discussed our finances and decided to move forward with their offer, not realizing they built into that price the almost $1,500 of additions that we clearly stated we did not want. At signing I paused and asked why the page had a higher price than the trailer was listed for, and the dirty finance guy explained that they list a higher price for the banks during financing in case things cost more like with taxes and such, which we didn't have to pay because we're from Montana. It wasn't until I got the first statement from the bank that I discovered they slipped this extra amount under my nose. I thought the total included the $2,000 down payment, but realized it only included the loan amount, where they cushioned almost $1,500 to line their pockets. I take partial credit for their scam as I signed the papers, but when scanning page after page and asking a clear question of the total cost, I'd expect to get an honest answer. I asked if we were paying the amount listed and the guy said yes, but it ended up being almost $1,500 more buried in the fine print! We absolutely love our trailer, but I would drive to any other Camping World, (actually will never buy from Camping World again) in Washington or Montana before ever stepping foot on the Idaho falls dealership again, unless it was for them to reimburse the absolute scam and overcharge, which I'd gladly accept it mailed. We literally got a few hoses and sewer drain adapters, one of which was missing from the box that listed the adapter as included, though it was nowhere to be found! Disappointment is beyond an understatement! SHADY is the only word to describe this location and handful of people we dealt with through the whole process. I don't know how they sleep at night and how a big business like this would support the corrupt ways their employees run the location. Don't fall for their falsehood of relaxed and honest persona. Unbelievable! But love our Coleman! Feel free to reach out Corporate and I'll help identify the culprits of this low review.
