  Started a 5 star but quickly dropped to a 1 star Online booking was great. First person to greet us upon arrival was fantastic.(he deserves all the props, can't express how great he was) We then had a second employee who wasn't at his best but we had a great day on the water. We had a few other hiccups once we returned but Manager called me and assured me that they are always striving to improve the experience. They are definitely dedicated to making sure everyone has a great experience. Amazing! We definitely recommend Hayden Lake Marina.

  We arrived at the marina at 6 pm on a Tuesday, and needed to relax and wait while our table became available. That was not a problem. However, we went to the bar to get 8 drinks. My hubby asked for a Coors Light with olive juice for me. The bartended said, “I’m sorry, that beer is not on tap. I returned to the bar to ask for a glass (which all tap beer was served in) with olive juice. I got no verbal response and she rolled her eyes as she turned around to get my glass. Our food came in a timely manner, but our drinks took 20 minutes + per order. It is a beautiful spot, and food was great, but they need more staff. Bartender was swamped. The management needs more staff and to manage those that are issues.

  We actually won a pontoon boat rental. It was kinda of a nightmare trying to get the information to redeem it. To the point where I felt like I was annoying them and almost just gave up. But, we were finally able to schedule it and today was the day! The marina upgraded us to the next size because of the hassle. Our boat was great, aside from a broken gas gauge they didn’t tell us about until we were done with the boat. They also tried charging us over $800 when we arrived because no one had noted the discount for the win in the system but the gentleman we checked in with was easy going, let us take the boat, and by the time we were done with it for the day, everything was figured out. The marina has nice clean bathrooms, helpful staff, and carts to help you get all your things to and from your boat easily. Ultimately, our family had a great time! Thank you.

  Marina was nice and quiet in the morning got here before the crowds, however it was a cloudy rainy day in June so the crowds never really came. Easy to access and well maintained dock.
