I have used Coeur D’ Alene Auto Care for several years. When you find an auto mechanic that you can truly trust you stick with them. I have taken every car I have owned to them for general maintenance as well as major repairs and have never left thinking they did not do their best for me. Honest fair pricing and the knowledge of how to fix a problem keeps me coming back and recommending them to my friends and family.

By far the best experience I’ve had in any repair shop. They (both at the front desk and back in the shop) took the time to actually explain things to me without ever making me feel stupid (which, to be fair I definitely am when it comes to cars) and I appreciated that immensely as nobody has ever done that for me before. It was a huge breath of fresh air to not be treated like an inconvenience or annoyance when I didn’t understand something. More importantly, they actually did the detective work to figure out the real cause of the problem and make sure it was being fixed correctly the first time, rather than just throwing parts at it and charging you up the ass for six different things that MIGHT work. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do, which feels increasingly rare these days. Aside from all that though they just give off really good vibes in general. I’m big on trusting your gut and right when you walk in they all give off that good-gut feeling, and the gut has never led me astray before soo… 🤷‍♀️😂 10/10 yall
