  I went to get a rental car on night of Aug 10 around 9:30 PM. There were two employees. I asked them if they have any car available. They looked at each other and decided don't want to do any work and replied not really. There were a lot of cars in the parking. I checked online, they have all kind of cars available. Those two employees were on their phones and didn't want to work. They were being lazy. Not a good place to get the car. I got the car from another company.

  Had a great experience renting from this location back in June 2026. Quick check-in process from Brett, who gave us all the information we needed and got us on our way. Very efficient. Since it is a small outpost, certainly depends on who is working that day.

  Was trying to rent a car on 7/10/26 at around 530pm and there were two incredibly rude employees who had no desire to be working there. When asked if there were any cars available, we were told, "not really" with no other response. We were extremely confused how to proceed after that response and then was further told there was a car available, but wasn't detailed. The other employee there was actively falling asleep during this entire encounter and we immediately walked away to rent from another company. We desperately needed to rent a car, so these two employees lost this company money.
