  I wish I knew the technician at Safelite that did my Tesla Model Y 2021 today 6/18/2026. They did a great job.But more to the point. For all you Tesla owners out there that have a loose mirror due to age of the car and you happen to have a cracked windshield, take it to Safelite on Chinden and save yourself 80$ to 200$. Tesla Service Center Boise said that they could not make the loose mirror tight again unless they replaced the mirror with a new mirror. The old mirror was in perfectly good reflection order, except that it was extremely loose on its mount. Safelite saved me a a couple of hundred dollars by tightening the mirror mount and replace the windshield perfectly well.

  Joseph was my technician who replaced my windshield. He did an amazing job. I will definitely use Safelite Glass again in the future.

  I came in to get my front windshield replaced since it had a massive crack all along the it. The technician at the desk was very kind and helpful. The technician who replaced my windshield got everything done in less than an hour, was very professional and thoughtful. Incredible experience from beginning to end.

  Within Minutes of a tiny rock hitting my windshield, a crack spread halfway across the glass. I went to AutoZone to ask for a recommendation, and they told me about SafeLite. I was worried that I would have to spend a ton of money on a new windshield, But the crack was spreading so quickly that I knew I had to take care of it immediately. I got on their website, was able to schedule an appointment at the Chinden location for the next day. They got me in on time, I sat and waited for it to be done, and it was finished in less than two hours for a grand total of ~$330. Granted, I drive a 2008 Toyota and I found a $45 coupon online, but still it was very reasonable, in my opinion. Job well done!
