  I had my windshield replaced and car eyesight system recalibrated at this location. Darby the branch manager was very helpful with scheduling, the billing of the insurance and follow up with my appointment and Rutherford the technician did a fantastic job with the installation and recalibrating. I would definitely recommend this location for you automotive glass needs.

  This is the third time I have gone to the Chinden location for a simple glass repair. Darby and her crew have always been professional and VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST. The entire shop' attitude is how can I fix you windshield and serve you. Rare to find this work ethic.

  Good experience with actual install of windshield and calibration required. Negative experience with first attempt at scheduling appointment. Talked to a human to pick an install date and location, got the appointment confirmation emailed to me. Showed up for appointment a week later and they had no record of it, and therefore did not have my car's glass in stock. Had to come back a few days later. They blamed it on AI...? Inconvenient, but eventually did the job.

  Our primary veterinarian mobile unit needed a new windshield. We were referred to Safelite Repair. The Technician arrived on time and finished the job quickly. The Technician was thorough and professional. Safelite has proven its dependability in providing the right fix for our windshield.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve used Safelite for three different vehicles recently, and every experience has been excellent. They replaced a side window in my truck, the windshield in our Porsche Macan S, and the windshield in our Mercedes Sprinter. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they did a great job coordinating everything with our insurance company, which made the entire process hassle-free. Most importantly, the quality of their work has been excellent on all three vehicles. It’s great to find a company that makes the process easy, communicates well, and consistently delivers quality workmanship. Based on our experiences, I would definitely recommend Safelite for auto glass replacement.
