  My entire rental experience was excellent and seamless! Jaden in the older Enterprise office on Chinden in Garden City, ID was stellar! I needed a larger vehicle while my truck was being worked on at Caliber Collision in Eagle, ID. Jaden, without hesitation, made it happen. I also appreciated that he coordinated with my insurance company and Caliber well before my appointment, and was already on site when I arrived. I'll be honest, despite having to be without my personal work vehicle for almost two weeks, was not any inconvenience at all. The foresight, preparation, communication and coordination between everyone at Enterprise, Caliber, Safeco and myself was well beyond my expectation. It was the absolute best experience I have ever had with multiple entities who voluntarily coordinated their systems to be of service to their clients/customers. Thank you!

  Very easy to make reservations online. Great information and updates. Got exactly what I wanted. Very reasonable price. Staff at the office were very courteous and respectful. Very knowledgeable and patient. I had a perfect experience all the way through the entire process. I will gladly use Enterprise any time I need a rental. No reason to look anywhere else. I looked into the competitors a couple of times in the past and came right back to Enterprise. They are the only ones I will use.

  Last week I rented a car at enterprise through my insurance company. I highly recommend enterprise and had a seamless and very friendly experience with the Garden City staff. The gentleman that picked me up and the Customer service rep gave the impression they truly loved their jobs. Is this a direct reflection of the employer and I applied enterprise for hiring and treating their employees well. I will be back.
