- AAAmyJul 27, 20265.0Excellent customer service! I want to commend the Garden City branch manager, Chris Torres for outstanding customer service. After waiting nearly 2 hours on day one, the initial vehicle we received did not meet our expectations. The manager instructed us to take the car for the time being while he did everything in his power to secure a better option. He followed through that same evening, calling us with an update, and had us return at 8:00 AM the next morning. He upgraded us to a higher-class vehicle for the same price and completely turned our experience around. My husband and I deeply appreciate his excellent service and determination to make us happy! Employees like him build real customer loyalty, and he deserves formal recognition from Enterprise corporate!
- DTDave TuthillJul 18, 20261.0Four days prior to needing a rental car, I reserved a standard full size car from Enterprise, to be picked up at their location at 4960 W. Chinden Blvd at 8 am on a Thursday morning. I was running a bit late so I called at 8:59 and told them I would be there in 10 minutes. When I arrived, they said they were finding a car for me -- it finally was available at 11:38 am!! Also, the car they provided was a compact whereas I had rented a full size, but they charged me the full rate. When I tried to submit a complaint, the Enterprise online system did not work. I called twice and was told a supervisor would call me -- which never happened. I am now giving up on the complaint and will never again rent from Enterprise -- a very poorly run organization!
