- WSWendy Stuck4 days ago5.0By far, Best oil change I have ever had superb customer service with honesty to boot :)
- DCDeanna Cantrell6 days ago1.0This is my very first negative review. It’s unfortunate I even had to leave one. This shop said I needed an air filter (that they did not have in stock), they drained my oil and THEN told me they did NOT have my oil in stock EITHER. Tommy (the assistant manager) told me he had to go get it from the Auto Parts store. I was literally stuck there. Took WAY longer than it should ever have. Then they didn’t know how to reset my warning message that I needed an oil change on my dashboard. Which is something they should know how to do. VERY unprofessional. Tommy spoke to me very briefly and acted as if I didn’t have a reason to be upset. He actually told me when I was voicing my concerns he gave me excuses then rudely told me “you can leave now” as I was pulling away he yelled in a sarcastic tone “have a good day” I hope their General Manager reads this….

- KTKristen M-M TuttleSep 30, 20265.0Valvoline on 3rd Street in Coeur d’Alene… these guys are truly the epitome of excellent customer service. I appreciated everything they Did for me this morning: which included an oil change, as well as having to recharge my battery. Cannot remember the last time I was treated with so much courtesy and respect. Highly recommend these particular gentlemen at Valvoline… Tommy, Dillon, Mitch, and Z, You guys are great
