- BHbob hayesJun 25, 20262.0I was in line 1 with 2 cars ahead of me, 1 in front and 1 in the bay. was asked to move to line 2 The vehicle in front of me in line 2 was causing mechanical problems for the team. I waited in line while not only did the 2 cars in front of me but the 2 behind me in line 1were serviced. I waved a tech over and asked if he would put me back in line 1, the progressing line. He asked how long I had been waiting and I told him 1-1/2 - 2 hours. The gentleman apologized and got me back in line 1 and said he would ask the manager to give me a discount for my long wait. I made it into the bay, the manager not apologizing for not putting me into the line of progression earlier. When he presented my invoice I shared an on line coupon,upon scanning the coupon he said that is a more than what he was going to give me. More than irritated now, I commented he did a poor job managing the customer line and he should have not made me wait as I did. His comment was I was a bad customer. I shared some rude expletives which I regret but he is not the man for customer service!!!!! Time spent 2+ hours.
