The staff here work hard even when very busy. I've rented multiple vehicles from here and I am always happy with them.

If you have a reservation here do NOT be over 30 min past reservation time. They will give away your rental if you are more than a few minutes past it and will make you wait if you are early. Last rental, 4 months ago, I arrived 30 min early and was told to come back at my reservation time. When I returned at my appropriate time I had to wait almost an hour behind a string of walk in customers. Today yhe manager sat across the office and justified the lack of available mini van by saying "you can't be hour and half late for doctor and expect to get in." We found this very rude and condescending apparently reservations are just a suggestion? After 35 years of renting from this location we are done.

Zach was very helpful, showed us features on the car and bonuses that make it worth it for rental use. Very thorough, We may look into purchasing a Pacifica. Thanks for the support! Great team.

Everything was good, the service, the young lady that helped get us into a car but I called back this morning to ask a question and Grace answered the phone. Well Grace needs to leave her attitude at the door. Terrible short responses to me, rude. She shouldn’t be answering your phones. Very bad attitude towards the customer.
