They were too busy to pick me up, which is crazy considering I’m only two miles away… so I’m too busy to waste money with them

I would like to give a big THANKS to Dave. Hats off to you for the best customer service I have had in years.
I found myself having to do a self-move and chose Enterprise primarily for the availability of a box truck with a lift gate on it. I have done other moves before but chose the underdog of U-Haul. I just can’t do moves with heavy items like I used to. When I reached out to Dave, he was right on the project with me and was able to assist with lining up the truck I needed, even though I had setbacks with my time. He was there to help me one way or the other.
The day of picking up the truck, I was set to a slightly larger truck, but in the long run, it worked perfectly and was actually what I really needed. Thanks for that, Dave ;)
So after a few days of moving, I got most everything I need to move done. I let Dave know I would need to come back in a week for a smaller box truck if possible to finish one last load. When the day came, we had trouble with getting the smallest box truck, but Dave was able to get me a cargo van, and once again, a fantastic rig got everything done, and my moves in my life are hopefully over, but if I ever had to do any kind of move, I would never look any further than Enterprise and especially Enterprise in Coeur d’Alene with Dave. Absolutely the best service I ever had.

From the first moment I interacted with Grace from enterprise she was amazing. I was in a car accident and was pretty traumatized as well as concussed. She was patient with my questions and issues. She was warm and friendly and helpful. The whole team was. I talked to many people who were all extremely nice and helpful. This was a horrible situation that I was forced into and the kindness from enterprise went a long way in helping it be just a little less traumatizing for me. I have rented many cars over the years and this by far was my best rental car experience! Thank you so much! 💕💕
A no-hassle drop off. The agent walked around the vehicle with me, made sure I was satisfied with my rental experience, reminded me that the rental hold would be off my credit card that day, and thanked me for using Enterprise.
I went in after dropping off my car the night before because they charged me for gas after I filled it to the same level as when I picked up the car. The manager, Grace, gave me attitude right away, which was common for that location, and I asked why I always encountered an argument instead of customer service, and her response was, “well then just dont rent from us.” So she is willing to lose the company a customer rather than give good customer service. I was absolutely appalled at her horrible people skills. She should find another job where she doesn’t deal with people. Shoveling manure would suit her well.
