- KHKelly HJul 4, 20265.0First windshield replacement and my technician went way above and beyond!! Great job, even added ice to my lunch bag because it was hot and removed a stain from my passenger seat I joked about. The BEST TECH EVER!!!!!!!!! Dalton st in CDA is my only go to now!!!!

When calling our insurance company back they were less than happy and had me report the experience to their team. Funny thing is they’ve worked on the vehicle years back. Progressive is concerned since you’re one is their preferred providers. Beware and do your homework.

- SJSarah JohnsonJun 20, 20264.0Tech was awesome and did a fantastic job however, the office was difficult to work with, hard to reach and they didn't do the research before the appointment and had to reschedule a few times due to missing a part. The first tech missed the scheduling window but the second tech Alex was early, did a great job and was very informative! If I ever have to use them again I'll bring it into the shop, mobile is hard if you're not prepared to stay in one place all day.
