  Don’t use - they wanted to charge additional $300 for OEM windshield - had they made a call to insurance company to check they would have been told it was covered Also the tech was late but no call to tell us Used a different company and got what we needed on time with no issues

  I was not happy with my disastrous experience. I'm sure this happens very rarely, but they cut into the body of my car when they were removing my glass. This meant welding the body at a separate shop, and burning my VIN sticker on the process. They paid for a rental car over the weekend, but I had to take several trips to the location. Finally, when I picked up my car the battery was dead and I needed to buy device to jump start my car. I dread when they get my VIN sticker delivered, they'll need to remove my windshield again and cause the same problem over again. This has been a hassle I never want to repeat again. The time and money I've spent haven't been worth it.

  The Safelite representative phoned to give me an update of his arrival time. He arrived on the agreed-upon time and was very friendly. He immediately started work and finished very quickly. I was very pleased with his service. He was knowledgeable, professional, and should be a considered to be an asset to Safelite.
