I've been here like three times in the last couple years, and they have always been fast, professional, and great at communicating, even before I arrive with lots of appointment reminders, which I appreciate. For a chip repair, they worked with my insurance to have it covered, and for the two window replacements I've had done because of taking a rock to the window, I only had to pay my insurance deductible.
Professional and yet comfortable environment. Very fast and friendly. Communication was very clear and two sided and saved me $20 for an add on I didn't need that the app just bundle in. Had my front windshield replaced in less than 90 minutes despite my driver's side door not being able to fully open. Thank you so much!

Alex, the mobile technician was wonderful! He was professional, kind and was great working around my kids that playing while he worked. I will say, contact the local shop directly though. I went through my insurance that had me call their corporate number and it is AI customer service hell.

WARNING: DO NOT JUST DROP OFF YOUR CAR. Dropped my car off Friday night for what was scheduled as a 930am Saturday appointment. The confirmation texts I received stated that the "tech will send text updates throughout the day". By around 1PM I had received no texts, so decided to call. First, you have to get through the worthless AI assistant who just tells you to go to the website. Then, it goes to a call center, who can only send an email to the location, which they stated they would do. Worthless. At 315, someone called stating that my car would be ready at 445, and that they close at 5, so I have a 15 minute window to pick up my car. No after hours pickup, and not open on Sunday. So, I will either need to sacrifice a 9 year old's soccer game, or go without a car for 2 days. Thanks for keeping us on our toes Safelite CDA!
Update - A generic response to this review does not come close to an attempt to remedy the situation. I am not going to reach out to a 1800 call center to voice my issue just for this to go nowhere. The local manager has my information and has been made aware of the issue. “Sorry, cannot honor the price quoted” was the managers response. Again, poor business practices lead to upset customers and ultimately lower returned customers. The manager could have stepped up and done the right thing and they did not.
Hopefully others can view this review and make a choice to look elsewhere. I found multiple highly reputable competitors that were priced less. I went with a local company that really took care of my vehicle while the window was replaced. They did the proper preventative care measures to make sure the trim wasn’t broken and prepped the windshield surface to make sure I don’t have future leaks or corrosion.

Went to replace a window thru insurance. Allstate recommended Safelite due to the fact the cost to replace is lower than the deductible. So proceeded with going to the official Safelite page to schedule and confirm the cost ( see attached photo ). Once I confirmed the $218 repair I received a phone call to confirm.
Now the day of the appointment I get a call when the installer was setting up his day and at the very end of the call he said to confirm $256. I said no that’s not what’s quoted. He said sorry the insurance company doesn’t include the disposal fee. I said…
1) that’s more than my deductible
2) the quote shows Recycle fee included
3) insurance company had nothing to do with this, the quote was directly from “satellite solutions official website”
He then rudely replied sorry manger is not going to let me honor this price.
SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE BY A “REPUTABLE” COMPANY. ITS DISGUSTING AND THEY NEED TO RE-EVALUATE THEIR PROCESS. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS FURTHER WITH SAFELITE. IF SAFELITE WANTS TO REMEDY THE SITUATION REPLY HERE AND ILL CHANGE MY REVIEW IF RESOLVED. BUT AS OF NOW COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME AND POST-PONED A TRIP DUE TO THE FACT I HAD TO RESCHEDULE A TRIP THAT WAS PLANNED. SUGGEST LOOKING ELSEWHERE!!! THIS WAS A MARGINAL DIFFERENCE, I DONT THINK THE CONSUMER SHOULD EAT THE DIFFERENCE STRICTLY ON PRINCIPAL.
