Worst online experience I have ever had. I have a window chip, and I wanted to someone to come to my home. Safelite brags they are mobile. There is no mobile option online. I tried to call and the phone prompt activity try to drive you to online and hang up if you don't go to online. I live in Post Falls Idaho... NEVER EVER will I use Safelite and I am going to tell all of my friends. I have also told my contacts at Parker Subaru, so they use caution in referring anyone.

The staff was very responsive respectful and knowledgeable. Quick availability with quick but quality work. I was able to drop off my car and pick it back up on my lunch break! They have my business! I’m so glad I picked the Coeur D’Alene location!

I scheduled a windshield replacement on my wife’s Porsche Macan with Safelite Auto Glass in Coeur d’Alene through our insurance company. Safelite was quick to contact me and made sure my exact windshield was ordered based on the vehicle VIN number. They had my appointment all scheduled and sent me plenty of reminders. Upon dropping off the car, they kept me informed during the replacement process and were very quick and efficient, even though they had to perform a camera recalibration. It only took them about 90 minutes total for replacement and recalibration. The staff and technicians at the Coeur d’Alene shop are very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this Safelite location.
