  My experience here was amazing and I highly recommend working with the salesperson Ryan Ortmann. He made the whole process of buying a car calm and enjoyable. He has a wealth of knowledge about the different vehicles on sale and I can tell he genuinely cares about people and making sure they walk away happy with their purchase, driving away the perfect vehicle. I ended up with an Explorer ST and I love everything about it including the space white color! Ask for Ryan when you go to Mike White Ford and you won’t be disappointed….

  I visited with an outstanding sales agent at Mike White Ford in Coeur d'Alene, ID a few days before we were to depart for a 6 month stay in AZ. I was interested in the new Ford Maverick and Destinee at Mike White Ford was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions. We were driving a 10+ year old Subaru and thinking of trading or selling it and replacing with a new Maverick as a "flat tow" vehicle. Ultimately, I decided to wait until after our AZ trip to make a purchase decision on the Maverick and Destinee was very kind / understanding / not pushy. A few days later, we departed Spokane early Monday morning but had "Subaru" trouble within 30 minutes of departure. We couldn't continue to AZ due to those Subaru issues. Since we were literally passing Coeur d'Alene at the time, I drove to Mike White Ford and asked for Destinee. I explained our situation and she went immediately to work helping find us a new Ford Maverick, handling all the details and making our experience there as stress-free as possible under the circumstances. I looked at the Maverick, test drove it, asked how long it would take to get the deal done - including the addition of a new cover for the bed and having two windows tinted. Amazingly, Destinee assured us this could be done within 24 hours - which it was, thanks to additional help from Jacob, the manager in Parts and Accessories Dept and Mike in Finance. We drove this new Maverick off the Mike White Ford lot less than 24 hours later with both added accessories installed beautifully - transferred the entire load from our Subaru to the Maverick in a couple hours and were on our way to AZ. I couldn't be more pleased and impressed with Mike White Ford. Destinee was the catalyst for our successful experience, as she worked tirelessly to help us get back on the road as promised. She deserves a 10 out of 10 rating if that is available, since 5 out of 5 doesn't quite justify what she accomplished for us in such a short time. Thank you, Mike White Ford!

  My good friend and I have each purchased a vehicle from Mike White CDA within the last 6 months. Each time was an excellent, straightforward easy experience. I live in Spokane and will happily go out of my way to deal with Mike White Ford anytime. The staff are very helpful, down to earth and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. Ryan Ortman specifically was great to deal with. He was quick and clear to communicate with me on the days leading up to, and the day of my purchase. Just an overall great dude. My friend and I have been very satisfied with the vehicles we bought from Mike White and would recommend them to anyone!

  Pretty disappointed with this dealership. Everything was going great until it came time to finalize the paperwork. I had been working on this deal for almost a month. We brought our truck in two weeks ago to have it inspected, and we were told everything checked out and that we were good to proceed with the deal. Throughout last week, I stayed in communication with the salesman and specifically asked for all of the final numbers on the vehicle and our trade-in. We discussed everything, and we came to an agreement on the numbers. We went in yesterday expecting to finalize the deal. Everything seemed good until management came over to my grandparents and I, who were about to sign the paperwork, and told us they were taking $6,000 off the agreed-upon deal because of a supposed “miscommunication.” At that point, we decided to walk away. After spending nearly a month working on the deal, bringing our truck in for inspection, and confirming the numbers ahead of time, it was extremely disappointing to have the terms change at the very last minute. I understand that mistakes and miscommunications can happen, but when a dealership agrees to numbers and allows you to move forward under those terms, I believe they should stand behind their word. Unfortunately, our experience with management left us very disappointed and feeling like our time was not respected.
