  Best buying experience I have ever had! Mike White Ford earned my business thanks to the hard work from Damon and Tyler. Damon took the time to help answer our questions and did not make us feel pressured to make a decision at any point. All he did was make us feel like we were taken care of. Tyler followed by working so hard to get us into the vehicle and felt like he went to bat for us. My family came with no expectations of getting into a newer vehicle and left with a great experience on top of the vehicle we wanted. Go see Mike White Ford and ask for this amazing team!

  I bought a 2025 F150 from Gary Bower. I felt like I got a decent value overall. I rarely have felt good leaving a dealership, but I felt pretty good leaving Mike White Ford. Gary was very understanding of me needing time to work through numbers and made sure we got a good test drive as opposed to just taking it around the block. He let us open it up on the freeway and actually get a true feel for it. I think what stuck out was him genuinely listening to needs as opposed to rushing to make a sale. I would go to Gary at Mike White again.

  We had been looking for a new-to-us used truck for a few months and after looking at the online inventory at Mike White Ford I decided to go take a look in person. Jonathan Hedden explained current trim levels and went over the technology and capabilities of each level in detail. I really felt like a valued customer. We did our due diligence and looked at other brands and other dealerships, but I decided to once again buy an F-150. Jonathan made the entire buying experience a pleasure and I felt like I got a very fair price for a great Gold Certified F-150. Mike White Ford is easy to get to, the show room is clean and spacious, and all the employees are super friendly. I highly recommend Mike White Ford and Jonathan for your next car or truck buying experience!

  Called Mike White Ford 4-29-26 to schedule to have a recall completed on my Ford F550 6.7 Diesel 34ft RV. I talked with "Lucy" in service- and told her exactly what I have and I needed a to have a recall completed-I ask to speak to an advisor and she put me on hold and then came back and said "there are 17 larger vehicles ahead of you and we can only accommodate 2 at once on the property" I said ok what does that mean? She suggested it would be "next year sometime" and I said you mean 2027 and she said "yes" and I ask if it would be mid or late 2027 and could it go into 2028 just to see what she said and to my surprise she said "yes even into 2028" I honestly thought she was joking but she was definitely not. I ask to please have an advisor call me and she assured me that Kevin or Adam would return my call- unfortunately that NEVER happened!! I sat here thinking does it really take them 1-2 years to process 17 larger vehicles? its almost comical to think they operate this way. I have called Ford Motor Co. to report my findings and they were even shocked.
