  We had the best experience at Mike White Ford, from start to finish. Destinee was fantastic. We went on a test drive with her and her great customer service was refreshing. She was beyond accommodating, and we appreciated it so much. Gary was exceptional in helping us through the process in trading in our vehicle and buying our dream Bronco. We were so impressed with how easy and pleasant he made the whole car buying experience. We cannot thank you enough, Gary and team for making this all happen. You have customers for life!

  My husband and I were looking for a slightly used vehicle. Our first stop was Mike White Ford. As we pulled into the lot we were greeted by Jeff Yates. We have never bought a vehicle at a dealership and we’re a little nervous. But Jeff was so friendly and helpful and our experience was wonderful. after we picked out our truck, the financial advisor was so helpful in making us feel comfortable with our decision. All around it was a wonderful experience!

  We had the BEST experience with Damon and Tyler at Mike White Ford! Damon was seriously amazing to work with and Tyler made the finance side so easy. We had our baby and toddler with us, and they were both so patient, accommodating, and understanding the entire time. That honestly meant so much to us because buying a vehicle with two little ones can be A LOT 😂 They worked with us to get us the absolute best deal possible on our trade-in and helped us get into our new truck without making the whole process stressful or overwhelming. We never felt pressured, rushed, or like just another sale. Damon and Tyler genuinely went above and beyond for our family, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We will 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! If you’re looking for people who actually care about their customers, go see Damon and Tyler! They also sold my best friend her 4runner not too long ago and she had nothing but good to say as well!

  From time Nevada first greeted us till we left in a new car it was a pleasant experience. Nevada and the whole team took care of us without the all the bull you usually get. Nevada found out what we wanted, and showed us the whole line of used SUVS including one that was just right. We talked about all the features we wanted and he checked each vehicle for each. His thorough, low key and no pressure approach was very helpful and assuring. The monthly payment is more than I wanted, but that was due to the extended warranty plan that we felt we needed. I'm sure it will pay for itself if we need it. I also want to give a shout out to the other guys who helped. There was no turf guarding, just a willingness to pitch in as a team to assist the customer. All our questions were thoroughly answered. I particularly want to mention the business manager, Mike, who helped us wrap up the money stuff. He too was very thorough and helpful in going through the details and answering our questions. He was also a good sport in rolling with our sense of humor. All in all, they were a great bunch of guys who will definitely refer my friends to, and come back if ever I need to.

  We stopped by Mike White Ford on our way to Silverwood to just look at Bronco colors and trims, and walked away with a perfect vehicle thanks to superstar Jeff Yates! He helped us figure out that we didn’t want the Badlands trim, that was 10k more for a bigger engine. Turns out we just wanted the Sasquatch package with rubber floors. Luckily, all the planets aligned and they had it what we wanted! Plus, it was loaner car had 3K miles so I got 4K taken off the top. My husband noticed a chip in the windshield and they replaced the window same day without asking, detailed it, Jeff personally delivered it to our campground, with his better half behind him to take him home!
