I brought my Vehicle into Mike White Ford after purchasing it Two days prior because it had a rear signal malfunction And blind spot, notifications was not functioning. I thought It was an easy fix warranties should cover It per discussion when purchasing and when working with Floyd. I wasn’t working with Floyd on this day. I got to work with Brad.. After making an appointment with Brad at 3 PM, I brought my vehicle in and Brad took my vehicle to the garage to go have The lightfixed when he brought it back, it had Significant scratches on bumper he insisted it must’ve been there when I brought it in. When this was pointed out, in fact, the first things out of his mouth was, I didn’t do that This was disturbing. I felt like the trust was broken. this all happened after he told me that my rear lights were aftermarket and that that was why I was having turn signal issues. Brad let me know that my warranties wouldn’t cover this even though I was told no aftermarket parts were on this vehicle and that if for some reason it did cover it, it would not cover the same kind of lights that were there, but it would just be basic standard lights to be replaced and that would not guarantee that this would fix the issue. He said that there is no tool there that will create computer communication between the lights and the vehicle. I’m not sure what to believe. Management instructed Brad to go through and help me with my dilemma. I felt like I wasn’t being listened to by Brad. I felt like I was a woman buying a vehicle. Being treated as if I know nothing being spoken to With condescension. I’m taking my vehicle to other sources to get it diagnosed to see what is happening. I came back to Mike White Ford to buy my vehicle because of my previous experience when I was formerly married I thought that I was being treated well then I’m hoping that I’ll get treated well from this point on. Floyd was very nice to work with as well as management.

Brought my 2019 F-150 in for a recall. This truck has been serviced at Mike White for the life of the vehicle only 58k miles. I scheduled it immediately when I got notice in the mail. First available appointment was 3 months later. Mind you, my truck was running perfect. The appointment was supposed to take half a day. Got it end of day, took it home and engine light came on. Brought it back in and they admitted it was reprogrammed incorrectly. Eventually all told it took over two weeks. Took 3 days and some begging for them to give me a loaner/rental. Which was a small bronco sport. A little more begging later I got a ford ranger. In the meantime communication between technicians and overall service staff was just garbage. If your particular manager is not in, or busy, you just don't get an update. What should have been a half a day at most ended up taking 15 days, and that was only after me really pushing hard for them to prioritize my vehicle. Every day I was told hopefully they would have it figured out by end of day, only to have to just call back in the next morning. Apparently Ford engineering was involved to figure out the programming issue and that slowed down things, but to be honest it just overall was a terrible experience. Poor on Ford's part, and everyone at Mike White just seemed confused about how to handle something that I didn't even want to bring my truck in for in the first place. I can't be the first person to have this issue, and overall was super inconvenient and will definitely be the last time I go to Mike White. I literally am selling my truck as well. So done with Ford and their dealerships.

We started our day with bad news from our mechanic that our car needed the engine replaced. When weighing out our options, we made a call to Mike White Ford. We asked if it was possible they may take it in on trade. We were met at the door with a smile and a handshake, definitely off to a good start but nervous about what we are about to embark on. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, including with our dog. They showered her with lots of attention and treats. From the test drive to signing papers everyone was very understanding and worked hard to get us the best deal possible, knowing our predicament and our disappointment. We just can’t say enough about our experience with Cameron from the minute we met him. He worked hard to get us a great deal. We would definitely recommend Mike White and Cameron both to anyone that ever asks about buying a vehicle. We’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and our experiences with finance has not always been pleasurable, but it was different this time. We found Tyler to be very personable professional and genuinely helpful. He did everything he could to get us the best deal on a Warranty. He’s also a Star Wars nerd which scored points with us😉. Hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a dealership mostly because of Cameron. Thank you so much to Cameron and Tyler and everyone else at the dealership that treated us with so much kindness and made the end of our day better than the start. Troy and Debbie Ovnicek~

We have been getting routine oil changes “The Works“ only at this dealer. The oil change prior to this most recent they found the drain plug rounded off and needing replacement. This most recent oil change they found the oil filter over tightened and the oil filter mount was broken and needed replacement. Both repairs done at their cost, because clearly their technicians had caused the problems. For the price, and doing it at the dealer, one should not expect this unskilled work. This kind of work is what happens when you go to the discount quickie oil change places. The quality the techs doing these routine services should be monitored. When picking up the car, they told my wife to go find it out in the parking lot. After walking around for some time, she was unable to locate the car. She went back in and asked for help. Someone was then willing to go get the car and bring it over to her. Service for a senior driver could be improved.

I bought because the "Culture of Trust" that Kevin Niemela brings to the deal. Sure; I could have shopped. Played hardball; Stressed out and tried to add testosterone to make me feel like I got some upper hand. I just did not need to. A solid person of integrity exudes legitimate service that builds trust and reputation. I would NOT have bought but for that one key ingredient that made my experience GOLDEN! Did I squeak out the best lowest testosterone stress-burger last nickel to boost my pride and ego? I didn't need to; Kevin did all that for me. But not from competition, control nor force but pure service and legitimate care that builds trust. I have bought many new cars and enjoy the art of negotiation but I didn't even need to bring that old skill to the table. IF Mike White Ford is smart they will make Kevin duplicate Himself from a management position. What he has and does is NOT easy to build into the car sales environ. I only know this dealership through Kevin so any recommendation would be through that portal. BTW I got a nice new Ford Ranger.
