  On June 24, JT towed my car, and I truly can't thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. When we arrived at the tow yard, he waited for my daughter and me to make sure we had enough time to remove all of our belongings from the car without feeling rushed. Since we were from out of town and just passing through, JT also recommended a reputable body shop, which was a huge help. After I asked if he could tow my car there, he had it delivered within an hour. My insurance company had told me it could take 24–48 hours to arrange a tow, so JT's willingness to help made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. I am very grateful for JT's outstanding customer service and the care he showed during a difficult time. Thank you, JT, for going above and beyond to help us.

  I recommend Newdale towing for any needs you may have. Klassen and his team were very quick to get to my truck and towed me out very quickly. They explained everything very well and not only did they give me some great options/advice, Klassen gave my kids a ride to school and got us where we needed to be. They also gave me a great affordable deal. I am very grateful for their time and service.
