  We were in a panic driving through Idaho, VERY low on fuel and struggling with maps/signage to be accurate… I called them to try and get direction on our closest options. Klassen was extremely kind and helpful!

  Honest, fair, professional, and timely. We had a small incident where our vehicle was unable to get enough traction to climb a relatively steep gravel road. I was not sure if a tow was going to be possible. Newdale showed up, assessed the situation, and within a short period of time, had our vehicle back to safety without any damage to our vehicle. Very impressed and thankful for their help. Don’t hesitate — just call when you need the help.
