  Would not recommend! Technician entered through a posted, “keep gate closed”, and closed gate (not locked for all purposes of deliveries), left the site with the gate opened. Livestock wandered through the open gate upon another anchor with planted onions and cause thousands of significant damage to the agricultural products.

  I had an awsome experience. They were Kind, professional and went the extra Mile. They clean all my garbage out of my car. I was speechless. The service and professionalism is unbelievable. Thank you Safelite.

  Good price, professional, accomodating. Tech was nice, fast and efficient. Overall experience was great from easy internet scheduling, customer service over the phone was great. Technician did a great job on my windshield.

  I highly recommend this Safelite location in Caldwell for their honesty, exceptional service, and quality of work. I had originally planned for a windshield replacement due to the severity of the chips. The technician felt the chips could be repaired, but was cautious the process to repair may cause the chips to worsen and then replacement would be required. The technician was able to successfully repair the chips, I am not able to see the repaired areas at all. They could have just as easily just replaced the windshield because that is what the appointment was booked for. They saved me the $250 deductible on replacement. Outstanding service! Thank you Safelite in Caldwell!!

  Very disappointing service with Safelite. Our passenger door window was cracked and we scheduled a repair on 6/9/26. The tech came out and replaced the window but they broke something in the door during the service and we were not able to open the door from the inside or outside of the car. Safelite took responsibility of the break and offered to fix it. They sent out more technicians at two different times to try and fix the problem on 6/23/26 and 7/2/26. Unfortunately they too were unable to fix the door and recommended that we take the truck to the Ford dealership to fix the door. We made an appointment with Ford and dropped the truck off on 7/20/26. As of today (8/6/26) the truck is still in the shop waiting for Safelite's Causality Claims Department to approve the repair so Ford can begin working to repair the truck. I spoke with Josh with Safelite (Caldwell store) who told me he had no ETA for when the approval would occur, could not provide me with a phone number/contact for the Casuality Claims Department and would not give me his manager's information. He also mentioned that he didn't know why we didn't just keep the truck out of the shop since its operational... an odd response since we are trying to get the truck fixed and we need Safelite's approval. We are now going on almost three (3) weeks of the truck being in the shop. We have spoken with Safelite multiple times to try to get this remedied but with no luck. At this point we are at the mercy of their Claims Department and how quickly they decide to approve a repair for a break they caused. At this point, we are not sure what to do besides continuing to follow up with Safelite's Claims Department. Overall, very displeased with this company and disappointed with the service we've received. We would not recommend especially if it involves a door repair.
