We were greeted by an employee (I'm sure said) Mercedes, who immediately noticed we needed help and went out of his way to get it corrected, even though the mistake was my own. In just a few minutes, he helped us, assisted other customers, and coworkers. All while maintaining a professional, friendly attitude with a smile. Plan to use this location for my Idaho trips going forward.
