  Glad Walmarts across the street to get gas. Your pump doesn't take the Nitro Card, ask to leave the chip in after saying remove quickly...... nitro card doesn't have a chip

  My mother recently visited this Maverik location after being directed there regarding employment opportunities. She arrived hopeful and respectful, genuinely looking for work. Instead of being treated professionally, she was met by someone who appeared ro be a manager in her late 50s or so who immediately raised her voice and said there were no job openings, expressing frustration that people kept being sent there. My mother had no control over where she was directed and did not deserve to be spoken to in that manner. What should have been a simple conversation became a humiliating experience. Being yelled at in front of others left her feeling embarrassed, belittled, and discouraged at a time when she was already vulnerable and searching for employment. Even if there were no positions available, there is never a reason to treat a job seeker with disrespect. A brief, polite explanation would have taken only a moment. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds employees that kindness and professionalism matter, especially when interacting with people who are simply looking for an opportunity to work. This place is so harsh and really missed out on a beautiful soul that could have only added beauty to their business.
