  I don't recommend this place. I paid for $45 in gas bought 4 Monster energy drinks that were two for $5.50 and I had four other charges on my receipt that I did not purchase, that equalled 6.52 plus tax. They tried to tell me it was zeroed out before I paid, but why would it be on my receipt as meal discount. They gave me five dollars and said there. It still doesn't add to what I was charged. Also this isn't the first time this has happened, at this location. The first time I thought okay everyone makes mistakes, but now it's happened again at the same location. This makes me believe that this is a regular occurrence and common practice of employees. Just add your shit to someone else's bill and hopefully they don't notice. Get a receipt. Pay attention to the price of items or better yet avoid this location all together and go somewhere else. I won't go back.

  You call us nasty yet don't provide a place for us to get clean. 3 washing machines and 4 dryers. All 3 washers broken. No sign for out of order!!!! I put clothes and soap in and waste my time and resources. If management can't manage any better, please replace them. My food was burned, the shower had big balls of public hair floating around the floor, and the washers broke. Looks like you need a new manager because the one you have here... SUCKS! DO BETTER! Pilots have really went down hill. Unless you need to park, skip this one.

  I made a fuel purchase here in my pickup truck the total was $48 and the flying J put a $500 dollar hold on my debit card. With no notification at the pump or anything. Not a big deal for me but if someone is less fortunate this could cause a serious hardship on someone. I would not use this place if you can avoid it. If you have to pay for fuel inside.

  The store itself was decent. However ..... The guy at register didn't say a word until I asked if his register was open. He nodded. He then rang up my items, never said a word like "your total is" ... And when I paid he just handed me my change. (Again without a word). What happened to just being decent? Just very disappointed. I understand sometimes we are all in a bad mood but... Come on it is not THAT hard to be kind or at least decent. I saw him again when I exited my shower and got a scowl. Maybe he thought I was a lot lizard ha. No my husband and I team drive and seeing as how they are getting our business... Maybe in future don't make customers feel like a nuisance. Duh!?!?

  After a long day on the road my husband and I just wanted to rest are weary bones. My husband filled up with gas and I went in to ask if we could park overnight in are travel trailer. I was told no. I will have to reconsider using Flying J in the future.
