  Service was s excellent, was not able to have some one come pick up the car at Crash Champions. Being able to leave the rental at Crash Champions and pick up my vehicle was above and beyond, with excellent service. Thank you for making everything so simple.

  Reserved a car a week in advance and showed up before my scheduled pickup time, only to be told my reservation was essentially given away because I didn't answer a phone call made less than 2 hours before pickup. What's the point of a reservation if Enterprise won't honor it? Fernando was completely unhelpful and seemed overwhelmed by basic customer service. Instead of offering a solution, all I got was "sorry, we're trying to accommodate everyone." That's not an excuse for failing to provide a vehicle that was reserved a week ahead of time. This location is disorganized, poorly managed, and clearly overbooks vehicles. They wasted my time and disrupted my travel plans. I would not trust this Enterprise location with any reservation. One of the worst rental experiences I've had.
