- JVjoe vega4 days ago5.05 Star Service. Gentleman helped me save money by telling me about a deal I didn't know about for products I always buy separately, but save you $25 or so when you buy all at once. STP air and oil filters and the Valvoline 5 qrts.
- TRTyler Rowbury6 days ago1.0The absolute worst ran store I have seen. The manager is very rude and unwelcoming. Always yelling and talking down to customers as well as employees. Very toxic place and seems to be a very hostile workplace for the employees there. Someone really needs to take a look at management for this location asap. Will be reporting location to Better Business Bureau.
- DDDevApr 17, 20261.0They don’t take care of their parking lot. I stopped in for a tire pressure gauge (I was in Caldwell leaving for Boise and thought a tire was low), bought it, left, and in the midst of leaving I ran over a screw. Had to drive back to Boise like that and wound up stuck at Les Schwab for 2 hours just to get it patched. As an AutoZone employee for one of the Boise locations, I am extremely disappointed.

- AAAveree AlmarazMar 31, 20261.0If i could give this old lady 0 stars i would. I believe she was some type of manager,regardless of her status she has terrible costumer service. I tried to return a battery I DIDNT USE. She proceeded to tell me it was “dead” Trying to talk to me like i don’t understand how my car works. Took it to the autozone on 10th and they not only refunded me but gave me wonderful costumer service. Whoever that old mad lady is needs to be fired fr. Attitude disgusting for being any type of lead.
