He yell at his employees..very unprofessional an should not work there. All over an bungie cord. Terrible experiance.

- MMM MMar 29, 20261.0I am very disappointed after receiving a text message stating it was a “National Free Car Wash.” Based on that information, I shared it with my friends and family, expecting it to apply broadly as advertised. Unfortunately, many of them were turned away when they attempted to redeem the offer. The message did not specify any exclusions or participating locations, which made it misleading. This has caused embarrassment and frustration, not only for me but for the people I shared it with. If this promotion was not valid at all locations, that should have been clearly communicated in the original message. I would appreciate clarification on why this happened and how you plan to address the confusion caused. At the very least, I hope steps are taken to ensure future promotions are communicated more accurately to avoid misleading customers.
