They said that it would be $1500 on the phone but when I got in there they changed their qoute to almost $5000. They also found 13000 dollars of other random things they tried to overcharge for. I just changed the sparkplugs myself in an hour and they wanted $999 to do it in the quote I was sent. There not honest and try to take advantage of people by selling things you dont need. **edit i went in to get my truck and they explained to me that the spark plugs were not supposed to be that much. I guess they just updated their computer program and it caused some problems with the qoute.

The service team treated her respectfully, and set her up with a rental car to ensure arrival to SLC on time. Her vehicle was repaired with constant communication throughout the process. Despite my daughter living in a different city, her vehicle was delivered to her. 5 stars, and highly recommended.
