  Highly recommended! My daughter had car trouble while traveling to SLC through Burley. The service team treated her respectfully, and set her up with a rental car to ensure arrival to SLC on time. Her vehicle was repaired with constant communication throughout the process. Despite my daughter living in a different city, her vehicle was delivered to her. 5 stars, and highly recommended.

  From the first call on our road trip having transmission problems to Goode. Every interaction with the amazing folks at this dealership was incredible and so unexpected. They offered to come and get us but we were ok driving. They saw us immediately when we showed up. Nick got our truck assessed. Offered to buy us lunch while we waited. We decided to walk to a restaurant and they insisted on driving us. Mike grabbed a car and drove us to Edith’s…My husband had mentioned his cell phone was dying and nick came running out with his cell phone charger for us to take while we ate. While at lunch our truck shows up while Mike and Nick brought it to us. We finished went back to the dealership with the exact solution for our problem that another company had caused and Goode fixed it and we were on our way. The courtesy and kindness I have not ever seen in my traveling years like this. I told Nick I would drive from Colorado to Burley Idaho to have them work on my truck! We were truly humbled! Thank you team Goode!!!

  My sons car had a recall issue that took out the motor, brought it in dropped it off Tj messaged me later giving me his number to text or call if i had any issues or questions or just wanted and update. I bugged him quite a bit. He always responded and was polite even if he didnt have an update.Car was in the shop 5 weeks but new motor later and no charge for any of the work done. Washed it for me as well. Everyone i talked to in the service department were very polite and nice. Thank you for taking care of my sons car

  Awesome service manager TJ took the bull by the horns, and in an In a friendly and congenial way worked with service techs to figure out what was wrong with our vehicle. Really an exceptional young man. I will definitely be back! There is a friendly can-do attitude at this place. Nice shop. Lots of people working hard and doing a good job at this location. 🙂

  I ended up doing a trade in with Coulter over the phone and online. The whole team made it so easy and efficient! When it came time to pickup the vehicle all I had to do was a couple signatures and out the door I went! They were awesome and fast!
