I'm from out of town and have stopped into the service department multiple times. Even though I didn't buy my vehicle here, they've taken care of me professionally and promptly every time. When I had issues, they provided a rental car, and they tracked down recall parts that were out of stock everywhere else and completed the repair. They've also handled multiple oil changes and parts installs for me. Special thanks to Tyson in the service department. 10/10, would recommend.

My husband recently flew from California to Idaho to purchase an F-150. Lot Ramirez went above and beyond to make the experience simple and convenient. We're overall very happy with our decision to go with Goode Motor.

This place is a major rip off i took my truck in there to get the exhaust manifolds changed. They said that it would be $1500 on the phone but when I got in there they changed their qoute to almost $5000. They also found 13000 dollars of other random things they tried to overcharge for. I just changed the sparkplugs myself in an hour and they wanted $999 to do it in the quote I was sent. There not honest and try to take advantage of people by selling things you dont need. **edit i went in to get my truck and they explained to me that the spark plugs were not supposed to be that much. I guess they just updated their computer program and it caused some problems with the qoute.
