The guy working on my truck was very unsure of himself and his actions. I wasn’t sure at any point if he knew what he was doing. There was a lot of talking between the employees while they should have been working and they didn’t check my tire pressure like I asked. Again normally I have a great experience there but was not happy this time.

They explained everything they did to her, and I was really happy with the professionalism and the performance of all mechanics.
