Overall the service wasn't too terrible. They worked efficiently and seemed professional enough. But after my oil change, I popped my hood, and there was oil spilled on my air deflector, and the filter and fill location was covered in oil. It wasn't an excessive amount, but it wouldn't have been difficult to wipe up the oil spilled. I understand in this line of work, it is inevitable to have small drips and spills, but then you just clean them up. Other than that I would have given it a higher star rating.

My daughter went into this location for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement. Having had problems with generic Chinese made oil filters failing, she requested an OEM filter for her VW Beetle. The attendant proceeded to tell her that the Valvoline filter was essentially the same and went on to say that they service 20 Beetles a week without issue. I called the store and spoke to a representative and explained that we had a problem previously with a generic Chinese made filter and wanted an OEM filter. He initially stated that they didn't have an OEM filter in stock. When pressed about getting one, he relented and ordered one from O'Reilly's nearby. I was shocked to later find out that the oil change and windshield wiper service cost my daughter over $200. If you have a young daughter that needs routine service for her vehicle, I would avoid sending her to this location at all costs.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They deserve 0 stars. They told me that my battery needed replacement by showing a chart that indicates its life being at red. THIS IS A LIE!!!! They took my somewhat good, healthy battery and replaced it with a dead one. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later, my car almost DIED in the middle of the highway. Their response? "Go get an independent testing". Well... I did... it turned out they sold me a dead battery! They are putting people's lives in DANGER! My car also started leaking oil just a day after getting the oil change here, when I went back to check, they claimed to be not at fault bc they didn't touch the oil cap, as if their machine cannot cause the leak from inside, right?! This is a SCAM!! PLEASE RUN... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I had an oil change at the State Street location yesterday and it wasn’t done well. I came into this location on Overland and Jake the manager was amazing and addressed all the issues in a timely way. He was professional and kind. I would highly recommend this location and Jake. Also, as a female I was very excited to see a woman working here . Thank you Jake and overland crew!

Nothing like them having you start up your car and seeing oil spill out off the top of it so they have to rinse it off and not tell me but I can see it under the hood. My tires were at perfect 35 all around and she took it down to 33. This is not the first time I've had issues I was trying to look for another oil change place. Plus $100 for an oil change with a $25 off coupon and you had no extra things done to it is a total rip off
