- CCCelesteMay 13, 20265.0Only had to wait about 10 minutes for previous vehicle to finish. Service was good with brief explanations and communication/offers for other services based on mileage. Staff was friendly, asked questions, and I like that they showed me the dipstick with the new oil on it. I was able to use a coupon, which was nice to save a little money. It was a new experience for me and convenient to stop by on my way home from work, not even having to get out of the car. I'll be back for the sheer convenience, especially if I can use a coupon.

They didn’t pressure me into buying extra stuff and had me back on the road quickly. Definitely a smooth experience and I’ll be coming back again.

- MGMatt GApr 28, 20263.0The overall service was so so, as the friendly part was missing, but the service was fast as I watched one of the service technicians toss the top engine cover on the ground, and then not put it back on correctly which I found out later when I was doing a check and found it loose on top of the engine. I also did not see them do several parts of the included inspections. It does cost a little more to take to the dealership, but I can always be assured I won’t experience any of these issues.
