- JLJohn LeeSep 30, 20265.0The store was extremely busy but Tully managed his team to perfection. They had cars in both bays and 3 cars waiting in line. They executed the safety inspections and oil changes in the bay but then repositioned outside the bay to simultaneously execute oil changes, radiator flushes and transmission fluid exchanges as efficiently as possible. Both Tully and Dylan worked together outside the bays to ensure the additional services were completed without disrupting the flow inside the center. I was able to get my oil changed, engine air filter and cabin air filter replaced, my radiator flushed and transmission fluid exchanged, all while relaxing in my vehicle with my wife. The services were friendly, fast, and the team was on point the entire time.
- KSKyle ShirleySep 29, 20265.0I came here for an oil change and left with friends. You don’t often get customer service from places these days, let alone good people you genuinely want to be friends with. I’m not coming back for another oil change, I’m coming back to drop brews off for my broskis. 10/10 customer service

- CPCody ProctorSep 2, 20261.0Vehicle never leaked. Took it in. Leaked all the oil all over my driveway. Manager came to my house, said it was fixed. Leaked all over the other side of my driveway. Took car back in. They said it was a previous issue. Also Shop manager said that the person who came to my house was a front end manager and not a technician so that's probably why he thought he fixed it but he made it worse. Took car to a brand store to get looked at. They said they were sure it was Valvoline that did the damage. Sent video proof. Managers originally offered to get my driveway cleaned and fix it. I am now filling out small claims paper work to deal with poor communication and no responsibility. I would suggest avoiding this location at all cost.
