When I confronted them about this they said 'that's just what Valvoline recommends...' but wait, that means Valvoline oil is worse quality correct? They denied this. So either they're selling poor quality oil, or they're lying to you so you get more oil changes. A lot more. 66% more($200+ a year). Either way, this is crook behavior. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
