  I honestly feel terrible for the guys who have to work here. They have corporate call centers and online appointment systems that are completely disconnected from the shop’s reality. I made an appointment online for a simple tire rotation, showed up at my appointment time, and was told they wouldn’t be able to get me in. Rolled down the street to Les Schwab, walked it, and was rotated and out in less than ten minutes. Corporate will likely respond to this review with another hollow “sorry we didn’t meet your expectations” message. What they really need is to rebuild their entire scheduling infrastructure. It’s got to be miserable for those frontline guys to have to apologize for the clueless corporate ops team who clearly don’t understand how a shop actually runs. Tire Choice corporate: customer experience matters WAY more than you’ve prioritized. Would love to tell you to support the guys who work here—but honestly you’d be much better off driving down the road to Schwab where they actually have their operations dialed.

  Very disappointed in the service and how much this business has gone down hill. I have been bringing my cars here to be serviced since 2007. I dropped by to see if they had time to recharge my AC and the man working the counter was in the office playing videos loudly on his phone. I stood in the front for a good 4 to 5 minutes and he never noticed me. Walked up to the office door and I asked him if they were open. He put his phone down and began to help me. I ask about recharging the AC on my vehicle, and after clicking around on the computer he needed to go to my car to check my mileage before he could even determine if they’d be able to do a service that day. Once we got back inside, he needed to call someone to see if this was a service they were able to do. I asked if I could step away and use the restroom while he was making that call. I was very disturbed to see the toilet covered in excrement splatter. It looked like it had not been cleaned in quite a while. As I returned up to the desk, he spent a fair amount of time focused on how if there was anything wrong with my car that they would not be able to charge my AC. I asked him if there was something wrong with it if they would be able to fix it as I was just hoping to have my AC recharged or fixed, either way that I would leave with it working, and he said that he would have no way of knowing because that would require a diagnostic. I would have been fine with whatever was required, however, the whole time I wasthere the impression that I got was it was a hassle. It seemed like I was asking for a lot. It’s very unfortunate because I know that I have spent and sent tens of thousands of dollars of referrals to this business over the years. I understand that business is sometimes changes ownership, it’s just very disappointing to see the condition that it’s in now and that the client care has completely diminished.

  Scheduled about a week prior for the soonest available appointment. Got 2 separate email and text confirmations of the appointment. Took off work, came in early and they tell me "It looks like they put it for 10am" while he's clicking around. Says he can't do it because he's the only one there...On a Saturday morning. Then as I'm walking out I get new appointment confirmations that I'm scheduled for 10am. I don't know if it's their call centers fault or the local store but either way I would never give this company a dime after wasting my time completely.
