  I always walk out of there feeling like they really care about the customer and the service they get. I always feel like they are doing the best thing for me and not just padding their pockets. Thank you for taking care of us and our vehicles.

  Absolutely amazing experience at Tire Choice! John, the store manager, was fantastic to work with and took great care of me from start to finish. They got me in and out super quickly, replaced all four of my tires, did my alignment, and checked over everything to make sure my car was running properly. I really appreciated all of the complimentary inspections and services they offered to make sure everything was safe and in good shape. The pricing was very reasonable, the staff was kind and professional, and the entire process was stress free. I’m so glad I live near such a trustworthy tire shop. Highly recommend, 100% five stars!

  I was visiting from out of state and was about to start my long drive home when I got a nail in my tire. Incase you don’t know this but almost all tire repair shops are closed on Sundays in Idaho. I had 3 options: Costco, Walmart and this place. The first two were busy and couldn’t see me until late afternoon. I called this place and they made me an appointment at 11 am. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THEY WILL SEE YOU AT THAT TIME. It is a first come first serve. I did not know that until I got there. I got there 20 minutes before my appointment. The man at the front desk said it would be a couple hours before they would get to my car…. I needed to leave before noon. I was very polite and so was he. He saw my distress and told me he’d do his best to get me in earlier. I waited in my car and sure enough one of the mechanics came out, I showed him the problem area and my tire was fixed in less than 45 minutes. I am so grateful to John Byrd the store manager for being so kind and gracious to me. I was traveling alone and really needed to leave early enough to not drive in the dark. John if you read this, thank you again! If you’re a father or grandfather, I saw that side of you come out when you helped me today. May the Lord bless you for your kindness.

  Got a flat on my way into work and had to have it towed in and the tires replaced and realigned. John mare sure everything was done before I got off work and kept me updated throughout the day as things progressed. The service was fantastic and I really appreciated their help. Thanks guys for taking care of my car!

  Tldr: Anthony did not complete a proper diagnoses and quoted to fix something that wasn't broken. He charged a full hour for diagnoses (misdiagnoses) and refuses to refund for it. Full story: My car broke down in a parking lot and seemed like it wasn't getting fuel. Towed it to this shop as it was nearby and Anthony claimed to be very familiar with this type of car. He said the fuel pump needed replaced and quoted an amount for that and some other stuff he reccomended for no reason other than mileage on the car. I didnt like the price so I had another mechanic take a look and they verified that the fuel pump was not broken after a proper diagnosis but was only not getting power to it. My car is now working after a wiring issue was resolved with a kill switch I have in the car. I called for a refund of the misdiagnosis and confirmed with Anthony that he DID NOT go under the back seat to even look at the fuel pump or test power to it during his diagnosis. This is unacceptable and unfair. If I am paying to have a diagnosis it should be proper and complete but he took shortcuts and made false assumptions because, and I quote, "there were car seats in the back". It takes literally a couple of seconds to move the car seat to get the back seat out and look at/test the fuel pump Anthony claimed to be the manager on the phone when I asked for a refund but after I called him out for speaking to the manager last time I called, he then admitted he was an assistant manager and that the actual manager was out. Anthony is friendly and untrustworthy. An awful pairing that other people need to be aware of.
