  Great customer service. They fixed an issue another tire shop caused and didn't charge me. I was in and out in less than an hour

  Originally went in May of 25 for 2 new tires, went back a few weeks later for 2 more tires, they lost my wheel lock the first visit.. in March of 26 I went to them saying the dealership said I needed new tires, they said no just an alignment tires are still good.. got the alignment done, Aug of 26, had to replace 2 tires. Went to them for warranty and tire info, they couldn’t find it, finally did just to give me 1 of the 2 transactions and put the info wrong on the paperwork. My mileage in and out is marked as 1… I had my car for 4 years before they touched it.. now I have to argue with Goodyear about the warranty on the tires since they couldn’t do their job right and put the correct miles on the paperwork. Each person I’ve interacted with is very dry and not so polite. Good luck going here.

  My experience today will be my last. Had been there once before and had horrible customer service from John, the manager. I figured maybe his dog had died or something so gave it another shot today. Walked in, said good afternoon and got nothing as he walked past. Anthony eventually says “We’ll be with you in a minute” while John goes out and inspects the flat trailer tire I needed fixed. This was at 5pm. John walks back in, still not a word from him. Anthony says it’s going to be a while. I ask what’s a while and he tells me that there’s only 2 hours left in the day and he’ll call me. No call at quarter to seven so I head there. Tire is fixed and Anthony charges me $20, cash no receipt and after I let him know that I’ll not be back he says yeah, John is grumpy. John, do us all a favor and get out of customer service. You ain’t cut out for it. Response to yours. Nope. We’re done. Might want to clean house, your employees are stealing from you.
