  They came late - dicked around for an hour then left saying they can’t fix it, rescheduled- came even later, took 2 1/2 hours for a “90 minute” job and left my window broken so that it can’t roll up or down properly, literally just a terrible joke of a company - I will be sure to NEVER call them again, their come to you service sounds nice until they break more than they fix and charge you a insane amount then place blame on the car for the issue - never use them

  Bizarre business model. Poorly automated chain that allows you to book an appointment and even pay only to have them automatically cancel your appointment then spam you via txt and email to rebook. Also no chance of actually speaking to a human so no way to resolve anything or get clarification.

  I'm a USAA member and had a windshield glass claim. I selected an appointment 8-12 on today's date. The tech was going to be over an hour late. When I called to inquire about this all that was given was weak apologies from customer service, the complaint department, and finally the shop in question. What's the point of making an appointment? What's the point of the complaint department? I had family coming from out of town today. They would arrive near lunch time, I guess its fair to be out of out of the use of a vehicle all morning plus the time for the work to be done. I guess if my wife and toddler wanted to eat a lunch with family, they have to take two trips in another car plus put in a car seat for a toddler. It is not my concern how many cars a shop schedules. However, it does mean something to me that your company uses their lack of planning as an excuse for tardiness. Maybe don't overwhelm the techs, and have better time estimations. Maybe actually mean the apology instead of being wasteful with other peoples time. Use a smaller auto glass company, they'll welcome the business. Oh and surprise, they installed a windshield with distortion in it. I guess it's time to make another appointment and waste more time because they failed to inspect what they expect.
