  Safelite is the way to go! Excellent service, work was done quickly and correctly. The tech was AWESOME! Great guy, personable, explained the process, the windshield specifics and went over the calibration process thoroughly. Great guy!

  I had an interesting event. Walked in office in the middle of a guy going on a rant about them not holding his spot in line when he was apparently late. Manager seemed from my limited observation to manage it gracefully. I fortunately was early. I was tired and did not get the ladies name who had done this work for 22 years, but she got my vehicle'a cracks completed in less time than scheduled. I am sorry people have bad days, and I am sorry people have to act out like this, as I have many times. Age seems to have softened me and I am happy about it. The appointment system they have is heavily booked out months in advance. By then a new windshield may be needed. It would be nice if a swing shift for repairs could be added for additional appt. time. Some people like working swing shift as I did in service of my country. Thanks everyone.

  Manager did not follow the website directions allowing for possible drop off a few days before scheduled visit. Indicated there was no such website information allowing for this. Location had incorrect email address on file and upon my arrival at 345 told me my appointment was 300 and they couldn’t accommodate me. They said they emailed me several times with 300 time, I asked for email and determined it was incandescent was told that was my fault. Safelite provided the location with wrong email address. I tried to tell the manager this. I asked for another time as the location is 2.6 hour one way drive from my house. He said he couldn’t accommodate me.i told him i needed to get glass in today , tomorrow or Thursday as I lived 2.5 hours one way. I was upset and he told me he wouldn’t accommodate me in any way and i was forced to find another glass company.

  I had a scratch on my windshield, they tried a few different ways to lift it but unfortunately it did not and down the road I will have to get a new windshield. There was no charge, no pressure to get a new windshield and the tech was great!!

  I had a windshield installed 4 years ago, had to take it to their shop due to calibration. They now make it appear that they can do the calibrations at your location but discovered that they could not. So, I took it in, no big deal. However, I did receive a quote from their website, when I got home I looked up my receipt to discover they had charged me $120.00 more than the quote. My insurance was paying for the entire thing so I wasn't real worried. However, I was curious as to why it cost more. I called the customer service number thinking I could get a brief polite explanation as Safelite seems to pride itself on customer service. Boy was I wrong! I was taken back by the curtness and lack of ability to understand what I thought to be a simple, straight forward request. After raising our voices at each other I gave up and sarcastically told her that she was super helpful. I honestly think that she thought that it was meant to be a complement and hung up. I was very disappointed to say the least. I must add, the windshield install went very well.
