  They did a great job with replacing the windshield. I was able to schedule to come in to the shop through my car insurance itself and the coverage/deductible was automatically applied. They had availability within a few days of my windshield getting a large crack. Dropping off the keys was easy and there is a waiting room if you intend on waiting while your car is serviced. Pick up was easy as well and the technician explained what was done before we left. There is a key box to drop off the previous night. The location is convenient. The only thing is the windshield now blocks the VIN number. Otherwise, we have no issues.

  Technician came to where I work and replaced the windshield in the parking lot. I didn’t have to take off work or wait around. Reid was awesome. Called ahead to let me know approximately what time he would arrive, he came in the office and grabbed my keys, completed the replacement, and then provided a few instructions upon completing the job. Professional, polite, and made you feel he had you covered. Did a great job!

  The tech that replaced my windshield was very nice and polite and did a very good job. The automated system however was frustrating at times and there is absolutely no way to get a human on the phone so I didn’t appreciate that part. Overall it was positive but AI can only do so much.

  So all was good untill the windshield crack 4 days after..... The did the pen test and said ehh its so slight. I had parked it in front of my house woke up with a small crack in the lower part of the window under my wipers. I brought it back and they said oh man it a tough one it doesnt look like you got hit with a rock ... stuck a pen in it and said ahh there is a small deviation so sorry .... we can do it right now for you but you have to pay again... I was like prove to me that I got hot by a rock... I put my pen on it and I can tell....... sure bud......they dont stand behind their work..... im sure they dont care but Im out for good.... By the way I had someone else look at it a said you guys are full of............ because there was no rock that cracked the new windshield there was a huge chip under the hood area...... go figure. Response: your right if there was an impact....however there was not one.....thats the point of this post..

  I recently had the windshield replaced on my Jeep Wrangler by Safelite, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The technician was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in his work. The installation was completed perfectly, and everything was clean and spotless when he finished. The best part was his sense of humor. After completing the installation, he looked at my Wrangler and said, “Cheers ‘til next time!” 🤣 As any Wrangler owner knows, that’s both funny and absolutely 100% accurate.
