- MCMelissa CiminesiMay 11, 20261.0Worst experience ever with store MANAGER Callen .. never have worked with a more arrogant person in my life … took my 2026 Hummer over to have the windshield replaced through insurance.. he was on the wrong claim and I tried tell him the deductible was wrong .. he flat out told me he’s never wrong .. I said oh is that so then he went on to tell me they never change the deductible. At this point I told him he was wrong .. then he wanted to argue with me !! I’m like you’re an idiot .. then the sarcasm sat in .. typical over paid employee that has zero customer service skills !! I’m also reporting this to the corporate office
