  We were on our way from BC to Colorado when our battery/alternator warning light came on in our Sprinter Van. Rogers was the only place in Boise that would check it out on short notice. They were able to get us back on the road the next day and even gave us a loaner car to get around town. They were super friendly and helpful through the whole process!

  I have an older (2000 model) used car. It has needed a lot of work since I bought it six years ago, but I also don't expect it to be in service too much longer. Reuben, who answers the phone and mans the desk at Rogers, has always been completely straight with me about which repairs are strictly necessary to keep my car safely on the road, and which ones are just not worth doing. I know this because I have been forced to take my car to other garages (especially on weekends, when Rogers is unfortunately not open) and they have tried to get me to do things that Rogers employees subsequently checked and told me were not needed and not to bother. I cannot praise Rogers enough in terms of its employees' integrity and quality of work.

  We have trusted Rogers Northside Garage with our family’s vehicles for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Reuben, the manager, has been there for as long as we have been customers, and he is consistently professional, honest and incredibly thoughtful about helping customers avoid unnecessary repairs or expenses. He and his team take the time to explain what truly needs attention, what can wait and what options make the most sense. Over the years, they have handled everything for us from tires, oil changes and routine maintenance to major transmission and air-conditioning issues. We have also sent all of our kids there. Reuben has even inspected used vehicles before purchase, saving us from some costly mistakes and helping us feel confident about several very good secondhand purchases. Their communication is excellent. Online booking is simple, estimates and updates come quickly, and we especially appreciate the photos and videos showing repairs and areas of concern. That transparency makes it much easier to understand what is going on and make informed decisions. A longtime family friend recommended Rogers Northside Garage to us years ago, and we are still grateful they did. After many vehicles and many years, Reuben and the entire team have earned our family’s trust again and again. Five stars without hesitation.
