  I LOVE Rocket Express! The staff are unfailingly kind and sweet. I try to support local business when I can, I hope the new owners don't rebrand and ruin it the way Edison's was destroyed by Valvoline. Just went in today, and had another FANTASTIC experience! If you wash your car, consider their subscription, they are AWESOME!

  Noah was the greatest part of my day. I was having a really rough day, and honestly a rough week, after sadly losing my father. I decided maybe a clean car would help. The first wash I passed was Rocket, and I'm glad it was. Noah greeted me with a warm, friendly smile and so much excitement that I instantly felt welcomed. He could have just brushed right over the interaction and gotten me in and out, but he took a genuine interest in my day and in making sure I got the wash I needed. I'm honestly embarrassed to admit that I started to cry after he asked how my day was. Most people would have ignored the tears and tried to get me out of there as fast as they could, but Noah made sure I felt welcomed and showed true care for me as a person. He got me my wash and told me to come back anytime, that he would always be more than happy to help me, and even said that if I just needed someone to talk to during this tough time, I could always find him there. He made me laugh, and then I was on my way through the wash. I thought that was the end of it, but nope — he found me at the vacuum spot, helped me get towels, and showed me these cool surface cleaner things to clean my windows and other parts of my car. He went out of his way to make sure I left with a smile, and I honestly can't wait to return! People like Noah, with true care and passion not just for his job but for other people, are hard to find. I'm tempted to have my husband come try to steal him away from Rocket because of how amazing he treated me, even when he didn't need to.

  This place is awesome! The car wash is pretty good and they let you go through again if it didn't get your car good enough the first time. They also have complimentary vacuums, rags and glass cleaner for personal touch ups by hand or interior mirrors, and car mat washers that work very well! My car really needed a wash and I ended up paying $2 more than a regular wash for a membership that I cancelled recurrent payments on the day I signed up for it to get unlimited car washes for the month.
