- KCKyle CurleySep 28, 20262.0This was our go-to once a month truck rental location. We would rent a box truck for 3 hours, 30 miles, and bring it back. It was always painfully slow to get the paperwork done, sometimes 45+ minutes, even when there were no other customers in the place. We accepted that as it got the job done. Then one day we recieved a bill for a broken fire extinguisher. After questioning them, they said that broken extinguisher happened at another location across the country. Strange. The next rental, we were charged for a chipped windshield. No proof that it couldnt be fixed because conveniently, the truck left the location already. We ended up paying the over $700 for the windshield, and will simply never go back to them. There are plenty of rental locations in the Treasure Valley...steer clear of this one.

- PRPeter RossMay 27, 20263.0Dropped off a truck after hours using their dropbox and they failed to check it in properly. Had to call corp to have them check it in for me so I didn't incur charges. I wouldnt use the dropbox...
- JIJoshua IgbinosaMay 18, 20261.0Dude named Colten Alvarez really sucks at his job, I’m not sure how he came to be the assistant rental manager at this location but I guess that just tells you exactly what to expect with doing business at the branch. The way he talked to me was beyond condescending. Does not have an atom of work ethic or customer service and his irritating disposition is what you meet at the service desk. That’s a NO for me! I’ve seen very terrible people at their job and in my life and this dude trumps them and not with a close second. You should not have any sort of manager title cus you don’t know the first thing about what it means to treat people with decency. I hope I truly never meet anyone like you again.
