    Dropped off a truck after hours using their dropbox and they failed to check it in properly. Had to call corp to have them check it in for me so I didn't incur charges. I wouldnt use the dropbox...

    Dude named Colten Alvarez really sucks at his job, I’m not sure how he came to be the assistant rental manager at this location but I guess that just tells you exactly what to expect with doing business at the branch. The way he talked to me was beyond condescending. Does not have an atom of work ethic or customer service and his irritating disposition is what you meet at the service desk. That’s a NO for me! I’ve seen very terrible people at their job and in my life and this dude trumps them and not with a close second. You should not have any sort of manager title cus you don’t know the first thing about what it means to treat people with decency. I hope I truly never meet anyone like you again.

    These guys are terrible. Contacted rate of 237 per trailer per week charged me over 350 each. They do not disclose when and if they are charging you just run your card with out a heads up. I would not rent trailers from these guys. Justin and team are the worst.
