  Service department was Not helpful in obtaining a radio PIN for my vehicle and stated that they no longer have access to that information as of a year ago. I asked how I would be able to obtain that information or an alternative and was offered no solutions. Sought help online and the feedback I received was that the dealer definitely has access and to call a different dealership. I called Ken Garff and was helped promptly and gave me the information that I needed to get my radio working again.

  Stormy, my salesman, was fantastic, as was Travis, the General Manager. Stormy wasn't pushy or salesy; he simply gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for my family. He listened carefully, understood what was important to me, was patient with my questions, and never made me feel pressured. I was looking for a very safe used vehicle, and the preowned Volvo I purchased with his help has been a great purchase. The entire experience was professional, honest, and stress-free. Highly recommended!

  I had been a loyal customer for 7 years. Lyle Pearson Volvo quoted me $6,500 for repairs and charged $240 to diagnose it. I took my car to Hurless Brothers who repaired my car for $890 and stated they would have done the diagnosis for free. Hurless Brothers stated the repairs quoted by Lyle Pearson Volvo were for a model called T6. I have a T5. My car does not have the parts that were quoted as having to be replaced. I am hoping other customers will see this and get a quote from a European car shop before getting ripped off by Lyle Pearson Volvo. I wish I had looked elsewhere sooner - when I called them and asked them if we could shave anything from their quote that is not urgent, they replied 'unfortunately not - we have to do all these items for your check engine light to be off again.' RUN!!! Update: I took the dealership's call to see if they had maybe confused my car with someone else's, since the quote included parts for a Volvo model I do not own. They called to 'see what's going on.' I did not entertain that conversation. They are stating in their reply that all repairs were merely 'recommendations.' That is incorrect. I was told I should not be driving the car a lot or for more than a couple of weeks, because it would not be safe to do so. Furthermore I was told I had to do ALL the repairs to get the check engine light to turn off.

  Bought a really nice pre owned Audi S5 from Ted Cook. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. Ted was very helpful and responsive with getting us all the information we needed to make the purchase. This was very important since we lived 5 hours away from the dealership. We made the trip in one day there and back so, they were very efficient in getting us in and out so we could get back on the road. Ted went the extra mile to find a ribbon display on the car since this was a belated birthday present for my wife. I would highly recommend Ted and his team. Thank You for such great service.
