Thanks to him, my car is running again & it didn’t take him but a couple hours. HE DESERVES A RAISE!

They eventually told me that I had to take my car to the dealership for a special bracket... The whole time they were installing the part backwards. Backwards! This is after over 20 hours in total walking around the neighborhood while they "work" on my vehicle. I had to wait in line every time, even though it was their own guaranteed work they were fixing. The whole time the solenoid was being installed backwards and they were acting annoyed with me. I never complained and that's probably my fault. The incompetence should have been made right some how. A lot of my time and money was wasted on this issue.
