  Huge shoutout to Daniel at Gills Point S Tire in Caldwell! I had one of those days… Another tire shop told me they couldn’t find my lug nut key. I opened my trunk, found it in about three seconds, and figured, “Great! Problem solved.” Nope. Even though I was still sitting in their parking lot, they couldn’t fit me back in. So, just before closing time, I called Gills Point S Tire, hoping for a miracle. Daniel answered, told me to bring it right over, and didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing him at all. When I got there, he got my car in right away, his service guy, Rocky fixed my tire, and he even took the time to teach me a little about my car in the meantime. But what really stood out happened while I was waiting. I overheard him on the phone with another customer and he told them he would be happy to stay late if she was stranded. That told me everything I needed to know about the kind of person Daniel is. He wasn’t just taking care of me in that moment, he genuinely cares about helping people. Customer service like that is rare these days. Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond without making it seem like a big deal. He completely turned what was a super frustrating afternoon into a great experience. Thank you, Daniel and Rocky! You’ve absolutely earned my business, and I’ll be recommending Gills Point S Tire to anyone who asks.

  Schulyer and his team were great to work with! I had a short timeline to have suspension work completed before leaving town for work and his team ensured all work was complete timely and went above and beyond to ensure a quality job was completed taking bo short cuts under the limited time i had in my schedule. Thanks so much! It was great working with this shop and I will be recommending my friends and family to this location for their auto needs.

  I’ve been bringing my car here for over a decade, and my parents have trusted them with their vehicles for years as well. When the shop changed ownership a couple of years ago, we were genuinely concerned that the level of service might change. I’m happy to say it hasn’t. The team is friendly, reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. They’ve always been willing to take a quick look when something comes up, and more than once they’ve been able to diagnose or fix a minor issue on the spot and get me back on the road in just a few minutes. When an appointment is needed, they’re easy to schedule with and turnaround times are fast. It’s also great to see Fred still around from the previous ownership. Every visit leaves me feeling well taken care of, and I’ve always felt confident that the recommendations and pricing are fair and honest. Highly recommend!

  We have been very happy with Point S in Caldwell. Professional and polite. They take us through any repairs or replacements needed first. They are thorough and we have a lot of confidence in their work and knowledge. On a hot day they enjoy ice cream or a cold beverage. Thank you Point S, highest recommendation.
