  Keith is awesome! This will sound obvious but trust me it is not. I have a huge rubber allergy, Keith actually met me outside and helped me through the whole process of getting the check up we needed done for our truck. I'm happy to recommend these guys to everyone! Finding a place to trust where to get our vehicles done is huge and such a peace of mind for the future. Bringing all our vehicles here from now on! Best tire prices in the valley.

  Meant to write this sooner. I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate these guys! I came in last week with two toes that needed to be balanced because the previous shop I was at was unable to. They were closing and asked me to come back tomorrow, but Keith was kind enough to hook me up for the trouble and treated me really well. Just because of him I will be back the next time I need something done. All too often I feel like a mechanic will do what they can to make it dollar, but he did me a solid out of the kindness of his heart and that speaks volumes of the kind of service they provide for their customers. Thank you!

  My neighbor recently took her vehicle to this shop to have a sensor repaired. She clearly stated multiple times that she did not want any additional services beyond fixing the sensor. Although English is not her first language, she made herself very clear and repeatedly said no to any other work. Despite this, an employee named Marcos added services she did not request or approve. What was originally expected to be a $400 repair turned into a $3,400 bill. When my neighbor spoke directly with Marcos about the issue and the additional $3,000 in unauthorized charges, he refused to correct the billing or take responsibility for the work she did not consent to. Based on this experience, it appears she was taken advantage of due to the language barrier and the failure of the shop to respect her clear refusal of additional services. This situation has caused her significant stress and financial harm. We believe this matter should be reviewed and resolved fairly.

  It was a great place for repairing my car, good service and good prices, but now, they repaired things in my car that they didn’t tell me, they didn’t give a price before repaired and charged me almost $4000. I’m not satisfied with the customer service, I’m very frustrated with the price and their attitude. I’ll never come back.

  I came all the way in after already having an appointment and was told they couldn’t get me in and asked if I could come back in a couple hours. I had to reschedule the day and even on that appointment they were running behind. I could have done an oil change on the side of the road in half the time it took them. They also rotated my tires in an incorrect way since my vehicle is AWD. Unprofessional and wouldn’t trust them for bigger jobs. Groupon was cheap but you get what you pay for I guess. People were nice.
