He is very intense in his personality though but I appreciate straightforwardness. Mike the Mechanic is great he always answers my questions and is up front tells me what I need to know. And Randy did my alignment he's the only one that does my alignment right for my truck set up with the lift and aftermarket tires and wheels. Overall the guys are really funny entertaining and I even got a breakfast sandwich to go. my experience this day was great I would recommend them. Oh and Joe also made me a video of my undercarriage so I can have some things fixed when I'm ready. He also took pictures of things that were important to note and sent me a link. I gave Joe my timeline that day and he went above and beyond to make sure I was not late for work.
