  I needed a car that would be big enough to transport my 6' 3" son home from surgery while I was in Idaho. I had originally rented a Ford Expedition but realized the next day my son would not be able to stretch out. They told me to bring it back and worked with me to find the right vehicle for the situation. I appreciated their empathy.

  Great location inside the airport. Fransico at the counter was so helpful and friendly, and he made the entire process easy! One of the best airport Enterprise experiences I've had in a long time.

  Rented a mid size SUV from Enterprise Boise Airport. The entire experience was fantastic and quick. The agent helping me was jokingly called "The Goat" [Greatest of all time]. He was fantastic. I had booked online through Costco Travel. I thought I had a great rate. I calmly asked at the counter if I was getting the best available rate. The agent said: "Let me check". Shortly he informed me he found a better rate and proceeded to save me a few dollars. The experience was wonderful and refreshing that they would take time to be certain I was fully satisfied. The Hyundai Tuscon SUV was very nice, clean and worked perfectly. Enterprise confirmed my drop off arrangements a day in advance. Drop off was quick and efficient. I dropped off and was on my way in less than 5 minutes. All around a fantastic experience at Boise Airport.

  We had a wonderful experience with Enterprise at the Boise Airport. The young lady that helped us at the desk was so polite, friendly and helpful. Easy to get to the vehicles a d find your car. Return was so easy and the gentleman there were so friendly and polite also. I definitely give Enterprise 5 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  This location is not connected to other locations. Typically, enterprise is good but I would not rent from the Boise airport again. There were issues with our reservation since it’s an independent location. Then the car smelled like smoke and other locations could not switch out the car for us (since the airport is an independent location). The car shook when breaking at higher speeds. The fuel gauge was broken and so the tank started out half empty when we first got the car. I did not feel safe driving this car but they were unable to get us a different car. Additionally we had to try to drive with the windows down to not breathe in as much of the cigarette smell as possible.
