- KJKaren J2 days ago5.0While I understand that the rental car offices and structure at the Boise airport are new (which was fantastic timing on my part because the access could not have been better or easier) the staff stood out above all! Every crew member, from the contract desk, the garage supervision, the exit kiosk, and the vehicle return were knowledgeable, extremely polite, and looked sharp in their Enterprise shirts! I did not see them, but the mechanics must be doing a good job as well. My Kia was trouble-free, and I had it during the first frost of fall. Currently, travel is frenzied, grueling and expensive, but even my call to report my flight delay was handled politely - with my every concerned answered. EVERY employee was truly excellent!!

After throwing the spare on, our only option was to wait the night out at the nearest town to get a replacement car the next morning. When we got home, the manager met me in the parking lot and essentially refunded me the amount that was spent on the hotel and made it super easy. Very helpful, very accommodating, and I would not hesitate to rent with this branch again
