  Bait and switch. Did not have my correct car. Car I got was not road worthy and I am a Premium member. Return is bad. No shuttle to Terminal and I am wheel chair impaired. Their Website says short walk to terminal. I beg to Differ.

  Anna was very helpful and accommodating when the car we reserved was not available. She substituted a car very graciously. When we returned, Peyton was very welcoming and super friendly with the returned vehicle.

  Long wait on long line with two people working. No prices on the extras menu. Car was not clean when we took it out.

  "Cliff" at the Boise Airport (Enterprise Rent-a-Car) is super friendly & knowledgeable about discounts & options! He goes above and beyond for customers! He efficiently got my reservation retrieved & personally walked me to the vehicle. When I returned a few days later to return the rental, Cliff was there again!

  So I had a bad experience, but I've still gave 4 stars here is why. The car we rented broke down in a small town Leavenworth Washington, and the first roadside assistance from Enterprise.....he needs to be re trained, he didn't care what our situation was, he just wanted to get through the call quickly and ended up hung up on me, just when I mentioned that we have 6 passengers with 5 luggages and needed two Uber rides, because I can't leave my family on the side of the road with a some luggages, and he also said because the closest enterprise is about an hour away, so for enterprise to send someone with two car to swapped cars it would take 4-5 hours. Thanks goodness, that I was able to get the car going again and drove to the nearest Enterprise, but not without nervousness and anxiety because the car was having issues. At the end of this we got a different car, but had to throw away one luggage so it would fit the new car enterprise gave us. So Enterprise from Boise Airports one managers called and apologized our inconvenience, and the other one Name Cole S. Young guy very professional listen to my issue and gave me a good discount and show real sincerity and want to make sure I was taking care of. So I gave a 4 stars.
