- TDTara DominguezJun 3, 20265.0I recently picked up a rental at the Boise Fairview Avenue office at 9213 West Fairview Avenue and dealt with Kayla and also with Josiah. Fantastic experience! The team went above and beyond to make things right and they were kind and walked me through the step by step process patiently. It's obvious that they truly care about their work and put the customer first, always. They were excellent, very helpful, patient, and guided me through everything clearly. I will definitely be a loyal customer to Enterprise car rental.
- HRHonest ReviewerMay 26, 20261.0I had an appointment scheduled with Enterprise for a 2:30 PM pickup from a collision shop. I arrived early at 2:20 and called at 2:27 to let them know I was there. The rep told me their manager was on the way—keep in mind this location is about a 5-minute drive from where I was waiting. By 2:42, no one had shown up. I called again, was left on hold, and then couldn’t get through at all despite multiple attempts. No one answered, no one showed up, and no one followed up. I ended up having to leave because I had to get back to work. I took time out of my lunch and used PTO just to make this appointment happen, and it was completely wasted. It’s now hours later and I still haven’t received a single call or apology. This wasn’t just inconvenient—it was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. If you can’t handle a basic scheduled pickup or even answer the phone, don’t offer the service. That’s a serious problem!
