  Absolutely HORRID customer “service,” I would seriously use any alternative you can. The lady who runs the front desk, purportedly the manager, is an unprofessional and has zero tact, not to mention she is totally over her skis, disorganized and quite frankly, a liar. I am using a body shop to repair my vehicle and communicated through the insurance company to confirm my rental. Clearly this was not communicated despite my requests and actual email confirmation. She lied and told the body shop they didn’t have a car, then after showing the body shop folks I had a confirmation, she said she’d find me a car. So I get there and she tells me in fact they don’t, and then claims they tried calling me multiple times and left voicemails - THAT NEVER HAPPENED. She is a liar and has no business being in any customer service facing role whatsoever.

  Kristi W. was great to work with. Although the location was busy at the time I arrived for my car reservation, she was calm and friendly making sure everyone was served. I rent from this location often and am always treated professionally by the staff!

  There’s no better car rental place the. Enterprise as far as I’m concerned. Always an easy experience. Josiah was fantastic!

  Best in the business I only go to this one location in Boise super friendly super helpful willing to do whatever it takes to make things right they go so far out of their way to help you with whatever you need and always very professional give them a call or stop by they're eager to help you with whatever car you need

  Josiah was amazing! Make sure you bring you actual physical credit card with you, saw multiple customers make this mistake.
