- TMTracy MartindaleSep 17, 20265.0Kayla was very professional and knowledgeable in working through insurance issues.
- JSJacob StanfordSep 10, 20261.0Called before boarding plane. Said they had a Nissan rogue available. Booked my reservation. Get to this location a few hours later and they tell me they do not have a vehicle. They said they tried calling me yet also claimed I didn’t have a reservation. I get a text saying I do have one 5 minutes later. I show them and they say “yeah that must be wrong.” Ok? Someone walks in after us. They said that they came by before lunch and were told to come back after and a vehicle would be available. Guess what that vehicle was… a Nissan rogue. Wasted time and money as I had to uber to this location.
- MRMatt ReddySep 3, 20265.0Josiah was nice, polite and professional. He made my experience so pleasurable. I will choose Enterprise again.
- ISIvan SuquetAug 26, 20261.0Absolutely HORRID customer “service,” I would seriously use any alternative you can. The lady who runs the front desk, purportedly the manager, is an unprofessional and has zero tact, not to mention she is totally over her skis, disorganized and quite frankly, a liar. I am using a body shop to repair my vehicle and communicated through the insurance company to confirm my rental. Clearly this was not communicated despite my requests and actual email confirmation. She lied and told the body shop they didn’t have a car, then after showing the body shop folks I had a confirmation, she said she’d find me a car. So I get there and she tells me in fact they don’t, and then claims they tried calling me multiple times and left voicemails - THAT NEVER HAPPENED. She is a liar and has no business being in any customer service facing role whatsoever.
- SRScott RobertsonAug 23, 20265.0Kristi W. was great to work with. Although the location was busy at the time I arrived for my car reservation, she was calm and friendly making sure everyone was served. I rent from this location often and am always treated professionally by the staff!
