So they held my deposit and refund completely.....Three days later and no manager had called and they never refunded me until I had to insist on it. Trash management and worse employees. Also, they say they don't have vehicles available to rent in the summer for two or three days. But if you schedule a week suddenly they have plenty of vehicles. SHADY BUSINESS.

- DWDavid WieseJul 15, 20265.0Slight delay for pickup, i was told we could pickup early by enterprise but once we arrived onsite we were told we had to wait an hour due staffing and the vehicle was not ready, no biggie. They gave us a nice, clean, comfortable jeep grand Cherokee hybrid (4xe) for our road trip it averaged 30 -32mpg to the Washington coast with over 2000 miles on the trip we had zero issues with the vehicle. They let us leave our personal vehicle onsite for the duration of the rental (8days) wich was great too. Fast, and easy drop off, and they had the best prices in the valley for the vehicle and time we needed. 5 stars for this location.
