Just want to thank Lane for their cheery attitude as we arrived to drop off our car. Was asking about pickup and the drive to ensure we had a good trip. A+ service!

First and foremost, do not send me one of your AI generated politically correct responses to this and tell me to call corporate! This is not going to serve you well. I called this location and secured a reservation. I spent 25 minutes on the phone to make sure that I had the right location and that I had the right vehicle for my needs. My flight was delayed, so I was not able to pick the car up from this location. I walked into the airport location and gave them my name and phone number and my Enterprise account number. There was no reservation made, no record of it whatsoever. I was then informed that they were out of cars and they would not be able to help me. Herein lies my issue, to spend that much time on the phone and not have a reservation or any record of it, is disturbing. I showed the agent the phone number that I called and he could see the amount of time I spent on the phone with that location and I said to him why do you think we were on the phone that long were we discussing lasagna recipes? I am sorely disappointed in Enterprise rent-a-car's performance on this one. After this Escapade at the airport, I walked over to Budget rent a car and rented to Budget rent a car and rented a car from them. The fact that the car stalled out in the middle of the desert is beside the point, however I don't usually rent cars from budget and don't normally have problems with Enterprise Rent-A-Car rentals. This only added to my frustration. I would strongly recommend waiting for the email confirmation while you're on the phone with this location!

My experience started out a little rocky when I was told that the vehicle I reserved was not available. The initial options (free upgrades) were not desirable. I expressed my concerns with the manager Chris. He took my concerns seriously and provided an option that worked well for me. Thank you Chris.

I had a long term rental and appreciated their friendliness, quality vehicle, and ease of renting. They worked very well with my insurance company.
