  We made an appt. a month in advance to diagnose a generator issue. As our logistics were tight, we were assured the work could be completed that day. We were never updated and when we called it was relayed that they had done nothing towards the issue, which, at the time of drop off, they felt confident was a carburador issue. Knowing there was no way to leave the vehicle for a second day, we opted to pick it up. To our surprise they were asking for 150.00 for who knows. Refusing to pay, they opted to let us take the van without payment but asked us to never use them again. Horrible way to do business, and I will gladly avoid any further business with them. I hope you have better luck. So sad.

  I want to thank Both Mike and Zach. I needed a snapshot of my ECM mileage before my warranty was up. They were very helpful in getting this taken care of and emailed over to our Cummins dealer in Portland, OR. With there help we were able to get the warranty extended on our Peterbilt.

  Parts department was very helpful. not to mention they have the parts i need in stock. They are even holding the parts for me until i can swing by on my next day off. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.
