  Absolutely amazing shop… and all because of Tom, Tammy and their team! Honest, fair, great explanations, great detail on risks and issues…and priced right. We will only be bringing ALL our cars here.

  Stopped in to have them solve a problem with my EPS power steering. Opened the hood right there, tightened a loose battery terminal connection. Thats embarrassing! But Done. No charge. 3 minutes. Most shops would have just charged a fortune and swapped out my alternator.

  Ladies in Boise, this is the best car shop in town. It's pretty well-known that you have to be careful you don't get taken advantage of if you're a woman who clearly isn't very knowledgeable about cars, like I am. I had a problem with my Honda a few months ago, and I was recommended Boise Foreign Car Service. I scheduled an appointment and they got me in quickly. I very obviously did not know much about cars, but they didn't take advantage of that. They quoted me a price to fix my transmission. I looked up the standard price range for that fix, got quotes from other shops, and it was right in the middle of all the numbers I was getting. That price stayed the same the whole way through; no surprise charges or upselling or anything. They didn't tell me that I had to do a bunch of different things, or try to get me to fix more than what I wanted. They gave me a list of things to look out for, and fixes I'd need in the future, but they didn't demand I do it right-here-right-now. Anyway, they had my car done in a couple days, which was way less time than I expected. It's been a few months now, and my car is still working great, so I now feel comfortable leaving this review. I'll keep going to them. They're honest, transparent, and professional.

  I had them do a pre-purchase inspection and they ended up saving me a ton of money. They are trustworthy and solid customer service.
