  The vehicle was booked and paid for through Chase Travel. At the Jacksonville FL airport their computer system was down. They offered an upgrade at no additional cost. After the trip Alamo overcharged us $485 on top of what Chase Travel charged. Later Alamo credit us, again charged us, again credited us, and then sent us 3 different invoices, from 3 different locations, stating we owed nothing more and we owed a balance due. Four phone calls, 3 emails, and 3 hours of my time and I don’t have any idea of if this issue is settled.

  Excellent customer service and the process was painless. It was very easy to find my rental, and very easy to return.

  I booked with Alamo via Expedia. I was told there would be no fee picking up the car but when I got there it was $300 refundable deposit. It would have been nice to have that advertised or told directly before since I inquired about it. When I returned the rental, after filling up the gas to full tank, they did reverse the $300 very quickly. Make sure to read whatever is in the contract since if you didn’t fill the gas up it would have be ~$7 a gallon for them to fill it up!! Beyond that, the car they gave me was better than the package I picked. The car was super nice and drove out and back into town very smoothly.

  I wouldn’t normally review a rental service agency but just how kind and helpful Megan was inspired me to leave this. Thank you! She deserves a raise. First time in Idaho and being greeted like that really set the trip on a great note!

  I rented a 15 passenger van eight months ago for pick up today aug 5-7...show up today and they tell me they can't rent me the van because it is not safe for children under the age of 12?? are you kidding me?? I think they are 100% full of crap and rented my van to someone else and 3 have it for me considering i rented the same van last year at this same time?? great job ruining a fun trip.
