They were very kind and professional about it and advised me where to go and how to get the issue fixed. In addition they checked the fluids they could, and cleaned my windows and didn't charge me a penny! Customer service at its finest! Once I get the dipstick situation handled I'll be back! - MCMegan ChristensenApr 10, 20262.0Typically good experience here- have come regularly. Most recent experience soured and left me questioning the procedures and quality of service. Was told I came in 2,000 miles over what I should for the oil that was used however the sticker they placed said I was under 200 miles for when my next service was due. When I asked about this I was told the computer wrote out the sticker. Well first it is a hand written sticker and two they put the oil in, they entered the info in the computer and the mistake is theirs. I trusted them to provide a service and they failed. Make your records match the service you provide, double check your work and apologize when a mistake is made.
