We were on a road trip today (9/5/2025) with a rental from Enterprise and had a semi kick a rock into the window that left a baseball sized crack in the windshield leaving it unsafe to drive. We had trouble getting a hold of the corporate office, so we stopped in the nearest office for help. They didn't have a car for us but the gal inside was incredibly nice, understanding and gave us recommendations on where to go. That's never happened to me in 26 years of driving so I was pretty rattled. Her kindness went a long way and we wanted to make sure she got a shout out. Thank you!!
