  Do NOT go to this place!! Had them put in a new air filter for me and they put in the wrong filter which allowed the dirt to go by which in turn took the turbo out. Their response is to ignore me and force me to sue them. Who can't do a simple task as to change an air filter without screwing that up, do you really want them to work on your vehicle? $7,000 repair thanks to grease monkey and a trip to the court house, DONOT take a chance letting them work on your vehicle

  On vacation towing a travel trailer and started having major brake problems! Managed to get to campground. Got truck to Grease Monkey right at closing, they inspected, recommended repairs and w/o appointment the next business day they worked us into the schedule and fixed our two week camping trip!!! AWESOME!!!!

  Butch and his crew did an AMAZING job at the highest level of customer service that we could have possibly imagined. We came in with a blown inner tire on a dual tire rear axle rental RV. The rentals spare tire turned out unusable and the outer tire on the same hub had old existing damage to it and couldn’t be placed back on the vehicle. The crew called around and found tires at a nearby supplier, drove to get them, and then repaired the vehicle. We were back on our way quickly and painlessly.

  I came in expecting a basic oil change after being shown a price sheet that listed oil changes at $69.99 and up. I declined the additional recommended services and only agreed to an oil change and a cabin air filter replacement ($24.99). To my surprise, the total for my 2012 VW Passat came to $180. I understand that "and up" means the final price can vary, but I was shocked by how much it increased without a clearer explanation upfront. If you're considering getting your oil changed here, make sure you ask for a detailed estimate before any work is done so you know exactly what you'll be paying.
