  Pulled in this afternoon because my trucks tire decided to have a small leak and I just needed air so I could make it the rest of the way to boise. Everyone was nice and willing to help. They even sprayed my tire to try and find the leak for me. Pretty decent crew from what I could tell from my super minor interaction.

  So grateful to Nathan, Sabrina and the crew at Nathan’s for helping us out as we passed through town. Your kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten.

  It’s pretty bad when you move back to a small town and try an support the small car mechanic businesses in that town and their employees are incapable and incompetent to change brake pads and rotors. yesterday I had one of the two shops in Arco do them and tonight I go and pull out to go somewhere, apply the brakes to stop, and I hear a clinking grabbing noise from my left rear brake. I get out of the car to look and my calipers ready to fall off. So either they put the bolts in never tightened them or only put one bolt in and not the other one. The best part is I take the car back to the garage that did the work. I walk in there and tell the girl at the counter what’s going on and that they need to take all four tires off and check all the hardware in the meantime, the owner comes walking in and never says a damn word to me, never apologizes, never offers me any discount or free labor for an oil change or anything. I guess that’s what happens when people move in to a small town to work out at INL and the small businesses don’t give a shit anymore. And to make matters worse the other garage right across the street about two months ago I brought the truck over there to have the oil changed and have the fuel filter on top of the engine and on the frame rail changed. halfway home my low fuel pressure warning light comes on, so I get out open the hood. No leaks on the upper filter look under my truck and the diesel fuel is pumping out of a lower filter. They only put the filter cap on halfway and never tightened it.  my recommendation don’t ever take your vehicle to either the auto garages in Arco to have worked done because unfortunately, you can’t trust them. They’re incompetent.

  I was traveling through town in an RV when my tire went flat. They got me in and got my tire fixed right away. The staff was attentive and pleasant.
