I got a chance to talk to Wally during those rides, and he's an awesome guy, who takes pride in his family and business. He was respectful and had nothing but good things to say about his employees. My repairs got done very quickly, it was less than they originally quoted me (which may have been luck more than anything, and it was more than I expected. I had made a reference to my emergency brake not functioning on my first ride, and they did call to verify before the repair was made.
