  I went in to have a trailer tire replaced. I had called around and found that this place had the best prices when I arrived. I found out that I didn’t even need to replace it, they plugged it and it works great. It only took him a few minutes, I didn’t even have to wait very long. Let me tell you, this place has an amazing waiting area…. They have snacks and soft drinks and it’s very comfortable. I’ve used Les Schwab tires for years, I thought the pinnacle of customer care was a bunch of stale popcorn and a water fountain. This place sets the bar a lot higher! Their facility is outstanding, everything is clean organized, and everyone that I saw was wearing a sharp uniform and looks professional. They offer a variety of services, not just tire repair. Needless to say, I’m making this my go to place for all my tire, brakes, and stuff like that. If you use Point S Ron’s tire and motorsports, you’re going to be set.

  Best costumer service!!! I had an unexpected flat tire on Monday, Keen was great at communicating the situation with me, my tires were worn enough it was gonna be time to replace them and they had some in stock!! Fixed my car in half a day!! THEN Wednesday my other car had a screw in the tire, again dropped it off in the morning and was ready to pick up in 20 minutes!! Jake was awesome and took great care of my car today! Will absolutely be coming back! Thank you!!

  I took my trailer in to get the brakes looked at. I was told I would not be charged unless they needed to fix something. They called with a quote of $1200 to fix it and I was told it was not safe to drive without getting it fixed. When I went to pick up my trailer so I could get a second opinion they charged me $79 for them to look at it. I told them I was told it wouldn’t cost but they made me pay anyway. I took my trailer to Big O Tires on 17th street in Idaho Falls and they were very kind and honest. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong and just suggested one small item costing me $300. It now drives great with no issues. I will not be going back to Rons
